Proximity to the harbour, comfortable, quirky design. Loved the Bistro for breakfast.
Signage. I arrived at night and it was difficult to find as a single female traveller.

DECAN Concept Boutique exceeded our expectations in many ways. This was our first stop on our first visit to Rhodes and we only had a couple of days to explore the Old Town before moving on. On arrival, our flight had been delayed - I contacted the property before we flew to let them know, and the owner duly reply with details on how to access the property ourselves - but to our surprise he was there and waiting to welcome us in despite it being around midnight! The location was absolutely spot on - on a quiet street yet just a 2 minute walk (if that) from Hippocrates Square so close enough that we were able to get out and about to explore easily. The coffee shop serve a superb breakfast with an excellent menu from yoghurt and fruit to omelettes, toast dishes and range of coffees, juices and smoothies - all of which can be taken away too. The team were very welcoming and friendly, assisting with recommendations of where to go for an evening meal. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here if visiting Rhodes Old Town again!
Nothing. Be aware that there is no vehicular access to the property so you do need to walk around 2-3 minutes from the nearest town gate with your luggage. The rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. This wasn't a problem for us but worth noting if you have additional accessibility needs.

The location was right in centre of old town. We were able to access the accommodation early which was great.

Old building... nice decor... nice rooftop..very near everything
Noise from bars till 4am, no reception area, very little human interaction.. This is not a boutique hotel felt more like Airbnb
