Very accommodating at such short notice following NATs failure that evening. Accommodation was clean. No frills. Good value and very central.
As long as you’re close acquaintances you and a friend will not mind the toileting experience.

Location... location... location. It's at the center of the old town, nestled among old buildings, close to cafes, restaurants, and historic sites. Bonus if you're coming to the island by ferry. The place is a very short walk from the main terminal.
We loved their "triple room," which was recently renovated and clean, with its own entrance separate from the main building. It made us feel like we had our own private apartment in the old city.
Just be aware that this is not a "typical" hotel. There's no reception or front desk, and no regular staff on site. Contact the owner beforehand to arrange your check-in.
The room was good, but it had its quirks: the bathroom light didn't work, the closet shelves were coming loose, and there were no hangers. And don't expect anyone to fix those right away.
In other words, this is Mediterranean laid-back at its most genuine :) We had a great time, but you won't if you approach this place like a typical hotel.

Location is perfect, in the middle of the old centre of Rhodes.
20-30 minute walk from Elli beach.
Place has a nice atmosphere to it.
Air conditioner works very well and fast.
Floor was dirty when we arrived so I had to clean it myself. There was no cleaning service during our stay even though it says it’s a hotel, cleaning service was offered the last day of our stay but there was no point in that. Sink was clogged but at least they unclogged it after a day.
