The area is wonderful for walking inside the medieval city and it also has shortcuts from the various gates to get out to points of the new city. The energy of the building, the staff, and the atmosphere is amazing, especially if you are expecting a place with beautiful architecture, chivalry, and lovely evenings. Overall, the location is perfect; it gives you direct access to all the commercial streets, bars, and restaurants of the medieval city, yet it is in a spot that offers peace and quiet!
Everything was fine, no complain. Just as a characteristic, architecturally, the building is like a small castle, so access to the upper floors is naturally by stairs, but the staff will help you with your luggage upon request . Also you can book a room on groundfloor.

I liked the location being inside the castle and have the old city vibe! The hotel has a beautiful lobby! I stayed there two nights with and interval between the 2. First night we had a tiny room but descent. Second night we got a bigger more spacious one (which we loved). The cleanliness could be a bit better (bits of sand on the floor). Either than that all good
