The living room area has a new Hisense Smart Flatscreen TV including Xfinity cable; private WiFi is included. The sofa is arranged for direct view of the flatscreen. Off the living room is a sliding door that leads you to the open patio that is private for this condo. A large picnic table with an umbrella for shade will provide a break from the sun if you prefer. The gate to the pool is just steps away making it super quick and easy to take a quick dip! it is kept locked but easy entry with the code we provide you. MASTER BEDROOM: has a new mattress less than a year old and as of June 2022 a new king adjustable bed frame with end table and matching dresser. Cable TV is included in the master bedroom. The windows have heavy blinds to block out light for when you just need to sleep in... after all, you're on vacation! GUEST BEDROOM: This bedroom also as of June 2022 got a makeover with a new stainless ceiling fan, new bed frame & matching dresser. The flatscreen is a Smart TV with a DVD player, no cable. Beautiful bedroom! The guest bath is just down the hall close by and has been renovated with a solid stone granite vanity, and new wood tile flooring. Absolutely No Smoking inside or near any open doors or windows. One small well-behaved dog allowed (less than 25 lbs.) with PRIOR approval only and non-refundable pet fee.
