About this house rental
Almost 1000 ft.² large bedroom with king size bed, open kitchen and living room area with a deck on the Front! Everything in it is brand new. Swimming pool is very clean, hot tub is right next to the swimming pool, which is right across from our condo.

We are a repeat customer of this cozy one bedroom. The gated community is wonderful, the people/neighbors are great. The condo is very clean and just great. It’s our go to place when we visit Phoenix area.

The location, size, floor-pan, condition and overall complex amenities were perfect for my wife and I as we visited friends and enjoyed many of the high-lights Phoenix has to offer. Issues with a family occupying a unit above ours were resolved by our attentive manager.

This property was very clean, but had one problem. There was a terrible sewer smell in the bedroom, which explained the two air fresheners that were plugged in when we arrived.
