Wonderful and clean home with everything we needed. Loved looking at the lake in the mornings with a cup of coffee. Plenty of room for multiple adults and kiddos!

We enjoyed being close to the recreation area and being able to bring our dog with us. The house was decorated for fall which was a nice touch! Everything was very clean. We would stay here again.

We love this property. The home is well situated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and tidy. Communication with the owner is super and he is always available to answer any questions we have. Great vacation get away!

This is a very nice place in a great location. It is very quiet & peaceful. There are a few suggested improvements. 1) The flies inside the house were overwhelming. We believe they are coming in from a vent somewhere & recommend chasing this down. 2) Provide lamps in the living room. We are readers & had to bring lamps in from the spare bedroom to read. 3) Some extra towels would have been nice. We were only provided one bath towel each & we needed a few extra towels.

Knowing the Kettle Falls area through private friendships already, the house of Clayton is lovely and different through its building style. Kitchen and living room are open until the roof and give a special admosphere. Our children enjoyed the stay while having lots of space and play their games in private. We did enjoy our stay very much and would concider to rebook for the next stay.

This is a cute little house. Plenty of room for the four adults and two children. We just needed it for the night before we picked up our houseboat rental and it was ideal as it's only a few minutes down to the marina.

The home is newer and very clean. All the essentials are provided includes a Keurig coffee machine with kcup pods no less. Very comfortable recliner and reclining sofa. Kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware and utensils.

We stayed at this lovely home while spending Christmas with family in the area. The house is immaculate and thoughtfully provided. Clayton kept the driveway plowed and checked to make sure all was well. The house was nice and toasty in below freezing conditions.

We loved our stay in this clean, beautiful and roomy custom built home. We were very comfortable with all amenities it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with all cook ware. We hope to return in the future.

The house was so beautiful and new and clean. The location is excellent - close to a few stores and coffee shop and antique mall. It is clean comfortable and quiet. I would love to stay again some day!

My friend and I truly enjoyed the amazing house. So new! Everything was as described or better. Also took home a couple boxes of delicious peaches from the orchards on Peachcrest Road. Had a great hike on Sherman pass very close by. Only 13 miles from Colville so very drivable to my reunion.

Very nice and new, kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and the outside grill was a welcome amenity. Close to town and Lake Roosevelt. Post Labor Day was great for a visit, we felt like we had the lake and beach to ourselves and the water was still swimmable.

Cute little cabin close to Lake Roosevelt and close to Kettle Falls. The marina rents house boats. The home was clean and well stocked, even had coffee pods for the Kuerig. Comfy bed and cute front porch to sit and enjoy the view of the trees, mountains, and lake. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen, beautiful decor, A/C, and comfy beds! The area was great for walks by the lake, swimming (we liked the beach just past Locust group camp), and antique shopping in Kettle Falls. Great for a family vacation!

Beautiful designed home equipped with everything you need! Couches and beds were super comfortable. Located right above the marina and boat launch. Air conditioned which was much needed. Also has a grassy side yard to relax on. Would for sure stay here again!

Wow, I loved the property. It felt like it had just been built and Chip & Joanna Gaines from Fixer Upper designed and decorated it. Everything we needed was there and it was so comfortable. I would stay again in heartbeat.

Beautiful well kept property. Great communication with owner. Nice added personal touches…minutes to the Columbia River. Don’t forget to stop at Sandy’s down the road for a great huckleberry milkshake.

We wished we could have stayed longer! The house was super clean and even smelled like a newly built home. The exposed rough cut timber throughout the house is gorgeous. The house is located close to the marina and had ample room for boat parking. We can't wait to book again!
