This is an adorable historic Cottage built sometime around the 1930's. It has a wonderful front porch to sit and enjoy the feel of a day in the past. The backyard has a private secluded area surrounded by old elm trees. The location is perfect for a stroll down Mount Vernon st or a quick walk downtown to the restaurants and fun events. This Cottage has been remodeled this year and has a brand new kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are separated by a split floor plan. The living , dining and kitchen is open and is beautifully decorated. Homeowner is a designer and has created a beautiful, comfortable space you will never want to leave. The kitchen has every emenity you can think of and is a wonderful area to enjoy. The stainless steel appliances are brand new too. There is a brand new laundry room and big pantry for your groceries . The bedrooms are inviting and comfortable. You will love this Cottage! PLEASE NO SMOKING NO PETS Owners have allergies

Great location, adorable home, clean and comfy. Connie is a DOLL. She met us at the house to check in and gave us great recommendations. location is perfect. would definitely stay there again!!

This darling cottage far surpassed my expectations. This two bedroom, two bath cozy cottage was perfect for my girl girlfriend and I to come up and see the Christmas parade and courthouse lighting. The cottage is impeccably clean with every amenity you could possibly imagine. Best of all, the town square is just three short blocks away and it’s a lovely walk through the charming neighborhood. Connie was a very gracious and accommodating host. I can’t wait to come back when it’s warmer to sit on the private patio in the back. I highly recommend this property.

This was one of the best houses we have stayed in and we have been using VRBO for over 25 years. Connie was a wonderful host and extremely helpful. This is a great location and walking distance to the square. We will definitely rent this again

This cottage was perfect for our stay in Prescott. It was one the cleanest and most comfortable VRBO's we've stayed in. Colleen was very pleasant, easy to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Came to celebrate a birthday...The property is great, you don't need for a single thing! The host, Connie, is very responsive and helpful and the location is so close to downtown I swear I could hear the music on the courthouse lawn (which is great!). It is also close to hiking trails, you really can't beat the location...I will definitely book here again.

4 of us ages 50+ escaped the Phoenix heat for a nice relaxing weekend at Connie’s place. Connie’s place was exactly as described and more. It was very clean, close to whiskey row, cozy and decorated with style. We wished could have stayed longer and hope to return again soon. Thank you for a wonderful and comfortable stay. See you again in the near future.

Comfortable historic home minutes from Prescott square. We always enjoy being able to cook most of our meals, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

The cottage was everything we had hoped for and more! Great location and beautifully appointed in decor and amenities. Connie was wonderful to work with, always making sure our visit and the cottage exceeded our expectations. Her communication was always punctual and complete. Looking forward to our return visit to the cottage next year.

The cottage was exactly as described, plus we enjoyed the bonus of having access to the garage. The unit was extremely clean, well maintained and decorated. The location was great with access to downtown, local hiking and restaurants. Connie was a delight to visit with upon check-in with suggestions for our stay.

We really loved our stay here during the Christmas lighting in Prescott. It was a beautiful little house, with everything we needed! The 2 bedrooms had king beds and it's own bathroom. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was within walking distance of downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Came up to Prescott with family to visit friends in the area. Goodwin Cottage was perfect for 4 adults. Each couple had a lovely bedroom with king beds and adjoining baths. The cottage was beautifully renovated and so comfortable. It was just a short walk to the town square, so a perfect location. We will stay again when next in the area. Thanks so much, Connie!

Our intentions were to stay in Sedona. And we thought we booked Sedona. It wasn’t until we checked directions for our Jeep tour 60 miles away, did we realize where we were .
We can only say this was the best mistake ever. First, let’s start with our host Connie. Lovely lady who seems like her mission in life is to make your stay amazing. Prescott, if you haven’t been here before is a fantastic town with great food, history and a plethora of nice people.
Back to Connie and the Goodwin Cottage. The cottage is a comfortable well equipped home away from home. The beds are extremely comfortable. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you Connie for everything.

This house is perfect in every way. It’s a well equipped home, thoughtfully decorated, and much more than just a rental. We enjoyed both the porch and the back patio as well as being able to walk downtown.

Very nice
The proprety is very nicely done with all the amenities you would need. It is extremely convenient to downtown area and both the front porch and the rear porch are absolutely charming. Out front you can enjoy a cup of coffee and meet all the neighbors as they walk by! Beds are comfortable and the house is extremely well kept. Check in was easy and Connie made herself available for any questions. Can't wait to stay again.

This is a great little cottage near the historic downtown of Prescott. Super clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and in an excellent location. We were very comfortable for the three days of our stay. Everything we needed. Thank you Connie!

Very nice cottage with everything you need away from home. Enjoyed going to Prescott and Prescott Valley during this trip to see the area and its sites. It was nice to come back to a relaxing home after a full day of sites seeing.

Staying at The Goodwin Cottage
Connie made this house wonderfully cozy and warm. And it is fully equipped with everything we could possibly need! It was almost like being in our own home. We felt at home the moment we walked in. And, the house is so clean! And, even though no one had been in the house lately, Connie opened all the windows at our request because of our Covid 19 concerns. And, just as she promised, the beds were among the most comfortable we’ve slept in! And, my back feels great now! Sometimes the beds we sleep in, in rental homes are soft and mushy. Thank you Connie for making our stay just perfect. I wish we lived closer so we could go to Prescott more often. Xo
