About this house rental

Situated in Cape May, this attractive house for $270 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Twin with a nice size living room, eating area and sunroom addition. Freshly painted and new vinyl floors throughout. The front deck is covered and spacious enough for all guests. There are two full bathrooms along with an outdoor shower. The property has a nice fenced-in backyard with a covered back porch, brick pavers, a picnic table with an umbrella and a gas grill. There are also two eating areas inside the house for your convenience. The third bedroom/sunroom off of the kitchen has sliding barn doors for privacy, a queen size sofa bed and sliders to the back porch. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer. We will be happy to recommend a service for linens and towels, if needed, as we do not supply them. All linens and towels are provided by the renter. The Lobster House, Dry Dock, C-View Inn, Lucky Bones, Wawa and the scenic harbor with the Fishermen's Memorial are all within walking distance.

Loved the beach! Brought in takeout, or went to restaurant. Fell in outside shower, called 911to get up.I was unhurt. Went to Mall, and zoo.could use a few more cleaning supplies.Thanks for garbage bags!

Lovely home. The only feedback I’d have is to make it clearer in the listing that besides linens you also need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc. We brought linens but had to run to the grocery store to get these essentials. Otherwise a great place to stay in Cape May!

Magnificent, cozy property with all the amenities you need. I loved this place so much I'm trying to find a way to purchase one of these twins for a summer home for my family. At the very least, I will be back next summer. The neighborhood was so quiet. It is located very close to Wawa and the Acme. It is a short drive to the beach and the main shopping of Washington Street. The owners were very gracious. I can't say enough good things about it. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

This adorable shore house is very well-kept, clean, spacious and accommodating to our family. We had an amazing time staying in this house again. Bob and Ginny are amazing and extremely nice people. We would recommend anyone renting their home. We came away with another amazing vacation and memories of a lifetime.

Lovely House in Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely beach house. It's walking distance to the harbor, convenience store, and ice cream shop. It's a longer walk, bike-able, or a short drive up to the beach or to the Washington Street Mall. During our stay we enjoyed a birding boat ride, a kayak tour, seafood, a night beach walk with the Audubon Society, and short trip to Wildwood for kiddie rides on the boardwalk. The house had everything we needed - a kitchen and outside grill for making meals, washer/dryer, outside shower, clothesline to dry our beach gear, and smart TV. There's air conditioning but it wasn't too hot in June. We appreciated the windows and ceiling fans so we could enjoy the fresh ocean air. It was especially nice reading in the back sun room in the evenings or early mornings.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. House was very clean and comfortable located in a nice convenient location. We loved having the two covered porches to sit on. Use of beach tags and chairs were a nice bonus. Would definitely rent again!

Booked this house for a girls trip. Property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Location was great. Quiet area, within walking distance to WaWa and local bar. Short drive to beach, shopping and restaurants. The only negative is the pull out sofa mattress in back room is very thin and uncomfortable.

The house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room to relax; we enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and reading in the sunroom. The house was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the beach and points of interest. We would definitely rent it again on out next trip to Cape May.

Well appointed, super clean and restful cottage with many thoughtful conveniences. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and equipment that would have been too bulky to bring on the trip ourselves or have been costly to rent. We hope to come again and stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was great and cozy...like a home away from home. The beach was a short drive away, though it's close enough to walk or ride a bike to as well. Bob and Ginny were great to deal with and were very responsive. We will definitely check availability here the next time we go to Cape May. We highly recommend it.

This house was super cute and and a perfect fit for our family. Love the back patio area and the access to the garage. The mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I recommend you bring an egg mattress if you have one. The only other suggestion is bring an iron. There was not one on site. House was clean and the washer and dryer were clean and in great condition. We would definitely stay here again. Neighbors were very friendly. Short bike ride to the ice cream shop (kids loved this!) and the bike ride to the beach was not too bad. None of the kids complained at all about any of our rides. Highly recommend renting bikes for the week if you are active. We didn’t take the car out all week.

Very comfortable, quiet, and beautiful home for a perfect Cape May NJ vacation in early May! The attached garage with automatic door opener is appreciated to securely store our electric bicycles when not in use. The eastward covered back deck is a nice place to greet the morning sun and bird life with a cup of fresh made coffee! Thank you Bob and Ginny for providing a wonderful vacation home! Stayed over spring break with my 2 daughters ages 19 and 16 the house was perfect for us!! We had a blast and spend lots of quality time ! So close to all the shops resturants and beach . Would definitely come back again one of the most relaxing getaways I have had in a very long time
