אנדראה היא קסם של אדם. תמיד נחמדה, עוזרת בכל דבר, מקפידה מאוד על הפרטיות של הדיירים ונדיבה מאוד. הדירה עצמה קטנה ומסודרת. הושקעה הרבה מחשבה בעיצוב ובסידור. ניכר שחשוב לאנדראה שתהיה לדיירים שלה חוויה טובה. מיקום הדירה הוא מרכזי ויש חניה צמודה. בעיקר אהבנו שאנדראה עדכנה אותנו על דברים חשובים שקורים (חג שגרם לכל החנויות להיסגר, מזג אוויר חורפי צפוי) ועזרה לנו עם חיוך בכל דבר שביקשנו. לעולם לא נשכח אותה.
