Easy to get to. Close to the center and the train station. The man at the reception was charming. The hotel is luxurious, the room is cozy. Every detail is meticulous. Excellent value for money.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. I appreciated the little fridge. Thank you for the complimentary tea and coffee.
Please get a larger shower head.

Clean room, new windows system, comfortable temperature indoor, kind staff at Reception.

The location is perfect, very close to the center and just across the park.
The rooms are clean, bedding has fairly well quality.
The staff is very friendly and nice.
The room (309) was cold. I tried to adjust the thermostat, but it did not work. We ended up by having 19 Celsius in the room, which is not very cold, but chill enough to be UNpleasant. On top of that, the hot water was not hot but luke-warm, with temperature raising and dropping. We have got explanation from the reception that they have a problem with the heating, but this was not really helpful. The second night we moved to another place. I think the entire back wing of the hotel has a heating problem. If you have to stay there, ask for a room in the front (street) wing.
Also the hotel does NOT serve breakfast. Walking 200m to the next hotel where they do serve breakfast, in the winter morning, is not something pleasant.
