Location was great and apartment was like an amazing step back in history! We appreciated the lovely decor and detailed directions for self check-in. Nice little coffee/tea bar in room and we appreciated having separate areas to make coffee quietly while partner is sleeping. Separate seating area is lovely as well! This apartment is much bigger than appears in photos. Refrigerator in common area is right outside door to this suite. If you want a place with character and charm, STAY HERE!
Bathroom is super tiny but the other apartment qualities make up for it, so we would still highly recommend! Maybe put window coverings on windows directly outside bathroom for privacy?

Nice and cozy place. It gives you the feeling of an old residence with history.
Cleanliness could be improved. We did not find toilet paper in the bathroom and the trashcan from the small kitchen was not emptied before our arrival.

Very Characterful and pretty, close to railway station, town and monastery. Spacious. The host kindly stored our luggage for more than a day before we checked in while we hiked to a mountain hut overnight.
Lack of curtains, bathroom needed bath mat and curtain, balcony had only one chair and railings were missing. Lights didn’t all work ( one room had no lighting at all). A bit of maintenance and checking over needed really.

This unit is BEAUTIFUL and well worth the price just to take photos inside! Its also very clean and in a wonderful area!
If you're going to stay here you'll need to have good knees because the bed is a mattress 1 inch off the floor with a lowered and modified frame. The other furniture is also very low to the ground. The mattress is also very firm and a little lumpy. And, I dont really know how to say this but, the toilet is right next to a radiator and the space is very cramped, it WILL burn you (or at least make you uncomfortable) you when you're using the restroom.
