Located in Green Valley, this attractive house for $120 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to Casa Tranquila (Quiet House). Our vacation retreat is a paired adobe style home with mountain views in the front and open desert in the back. Inside is an open floor plan featuring a nicely furnished great room, large kitchen, separate dining area (with bay windows) and an airy Arizona Room. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house for maximum privacy. The master has a king bed, large screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The sizable guest bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV and is located next to a full bath. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and ironing board in addition to a one car garage. The outside space is highlighted by large patios in front and back with attractive spacious grounds that maintains a natural look and features many native plant species. The front deck is a great place to welcome the morning sun as it rises over the Santa Rita mountains while the back patio and Arizona Room offers a shady retreat on those warm Green Valley afternoons. Casa Tranquila's unique location in the desirable Las Campanas neighborhood is close to all of the amenities that Green Valley has to offer yet is very quiet and serene as well as. The Las Campanas GVR Center is only than a mile away and shopping is less than 10 minutes by car. Hiking on a secluded 5.8 mile nature trail is right out back. Although Casa Tranqulia is new to VRBO, our previous property (which we sold to buy this bigger and nicer property) earned a 5 star rating and we were awarded VRBO Premiere Partner status. You can be assured the same level of excellence will carry over to Casa Tranquila as well. We are very COVID-19 conscious and are committed your health and safety. When preparing for your stay cleanliness and sanitation will be our utmost priority. Due to our stringent COVID-19 sanitation policy our cleaning service requires a minimum of 24 hours to thoroughly clean and disinfect between guests, so please do not book overlapping days. Our home comes fully furnished. Everything you need in the kitchen, bedroom and bath are provided. Just bring your personal items. * Renters must be 55+. No smoking and no pets. Thanks for looking. This was a perfect place for us while we visited family in Green Valley. The home is spacious and quiet with a very nice patio and back yard for a relaxing break or morning coffee. It was a very peaceful setting as it backs up to the desert with no houses beyond the back yard. We enjoyed the wildlife and nearby hiking trails and will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Beautiful cozy town home, plenty of space for the two of us. Property owner timely in his contacts. Loved that is backed up to the desert and trails were nearby for walking. Home was super clean, comfortable and very tranquil, yet close to shopping and golf. We would certainly stay here again.

Excellent rental property. Convenient to all areas of Green Valley and surrounding communities. Hosts were extremely helpful with all required information. Most important, property was very clean, updated and quiet. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Jim and Sally (Hosts) are very attentive and available! This place is so beautifully decorated and furnished! Impeccable taste, throughout! Small touches - like a packed Welcome basket! Would have loved to just live here - permanently! I have stayed in 12 VRBO’s and rentals waiting for my new home - THIS is without a doubt a place you need to stay, if given the opportunity! Words are truly not enough! So grateful to have spent time here!

Our one week stay was wonderful. The home is spacious and was spotless upon arrival. Beautiful screened in porch with comfortable rocking chairs off living room, and lovely private back yard. Master bedroom and bath are very spacious, with extremely comfortable king bad and large closet. Kitchen was larger than pictures give it credit for! 2nd bedroom and bath are well furnished with comfort queen size bed. And full bath. Host Jim was extremely responsive and easy to deal with.

We loved this beautiful home. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the decor lovely. The kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed for housekeeping. Green Valley is a nice city with great shopping. Jim and Sally were very friendly and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We are already planning our next visit.

To welcome us, the hosts left us a basket of goodies, and bottled water in the refrigerator. I enjoyed sitting in a rocker on the screened in porch reading my book. The desert is right outside the backyard, and we enjoyed that, as well!

We loved staying at Jim and Sally’s property. Drinking coffee on the patio in the morning was so relaxing. The backyard was beautiful. The house was completely stocked and the property looked exactly like the pictures. We appreciated the fact that we were not required to rent for 28 days. We would love to stay again on a return trip.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Tranquila so much we are considering buying a similar place nearby. Every day we had our morning coffee on the patio, watching and listening to the birds. The Casa is tastefully appointed in the style of the Southwest. Our host Jim was personable and accommodating.

We loved this place. We especially liked being on the edge of town, with many trails in the back for biking and walking. And yet, it is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, on anything else you may need. It’s a great central location to visit many areas for hiking and enjoying the outdoors. We visited Madera Canyon several times, as well as Saguaro National Park and Buenos Aires National Wildlife Refuge. The rental is beautiful inside and out. You can choose front or back patio, or the screeend in porch, for your morning coffee or just relaxing in the afternoon. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing any meal. The owners are easy to contact and responded to any questions we had. We stayed here a month, and could easily stay longer!
