About this house rental
Located in Surfside Beach, this attractive house for $429 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our beautiful, 4 Bedroom, 3 Restroom home awaits you! Do you want to listen to the ocean waves and see serene, expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico, while relaxing on the HUGE 16' deck! Then this is the house for you! Just steps to the sand! High Speed Internet too! This home has everything you need for a great vacation! Unique, 2 Primary Bedroom design gives you plenty of space for adults, each with their own ensuite and queen beds. There is also a super cute bunk room that will sleep 5 with a twin over twin and a twin over full, as well as another queen room and a pullout couch in the living room. (you could even fit up to 14 people if someone slept on the love seat couch.) The 3 queen bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen TV's with Roku. The bunk room has a wall mount TV as well so so your kiddos can plug in their video game console if they have enough of the sand and surf. All bedrooms, as well as the living areas have power charging stations to plug in your electronics. Just bring your cord. The beautifully designed kitchen is large and has everything you'll need to make your stay great. It's fully equipped with all the dishes, pots, pans, appliances and gadgets you'll need. The counter and dining room seating gives you plenty of room. The seating in the living room is great as well and the vaulted ceilings makes everything feel very open. Fully furnished with bedding, blankets, pillows and towels. It even has a hair drier. All you need to do is bring yourselves, clothes, food and personal effects! House has outdoor shower and plenty of seating under the house as well. Enjoy that while you BBQ up your dinner on our charcoal grill. The home has stairs and an ADA approved ramp leading to the 16’ deck. Off the deck, you will enter into an open living/dining/kitchen area with a vaulted ceiling. The four bedrooms are to the rear. The hall bath & laundry area are easily accessible off the hall. This home is one of the favored floor plans for beach homes in the area. You are a short stroll to seaside restaurants. Other bars, restaurants and liquor stores are a short drive away. Disclosure: There are video cameras outside so we can monitor the house because we live in another state part time. Our daughter and son in law drove in from Kentucky, my sister and our husbands drove down fro Dripping Springs Tx. We fished, walked, watched football and relaxed! Great way to spend the holiday! The beach house was perfect for us!!!

We had a wonderful time at this spacious clean house. It’s fully stocked with everything you need. We appreciated having the ramp for those in the group who struggle with stairs. The owner is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We highly recommend this house and hope to stay again soon.

I especially enjoyed sitting on the upper deck with a gentle breeze. We were unable to use the Roku TVs in the bedrooms as we didn't have our password or code. Didn't know we were supposed to bring that. We were sorry we were unable to use the dishwasher since they were waiting on a part for repair.
Other than that it was pretty well furnished & stocked for our needs.
We did appreciate the wooden walkway bridge that led us to the beach. That was definitely a plus.

This rental is a find!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again. We wanted something close to the beach and this house is only a few steps away. The walkway made it easy for beach access. It was also close to the corner store, restaurants, and the fishing pier.
The home is decorated beautifully and accommodated our large family. It’s very spacious, beds were accommodating, and has 3 full baths, so there was no fighting over bathroom use. Linens and towels were provided with enough toilet tissue. The kitchen had everything we needed… can opener, pots & pans, serving bowls/platters, cooking & eating utensils, basic spices, coffee mugs, and plates. Everything you might need, the kitchen was stocked with.
The welcome pail on top of the counter was a sweet gesture and had coffee/hot chocolate pods, extra trash bags, a sponge, a couple of clothes washing pods, and most importantly, a bottle opener so you can drink your beer! My nieces used the pail to play with on the beach and to collect seashells. It’s yours to keep!
I have to mention the next door neighbor, who was the kindest gentleman. He was extremely friendly & helpful and the kids and my mom loved him! He actually helped us make a campfire so we could roast marshmallows on the beach. It was a great memory for my kids, nieces, and nephews to remember on this short trip. He even gave my mom seashells as souvenirs…just an overall nice guy!

The house was perfect for our family, great location with great beach access. House was clean. Really appreciated the little details like a bucket of small beach goodies for the kiddos and the coffee for the adults. All around it was terrific! Thank you very much for a great weekend getaway!

We were really happy with this property! It was very clean and had a great layout for two families. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for eating as well as hanging out in the living area. The proximity to the beach was really nice and the views are great. The large front porch was a really fun place for our teenagers to play corn hole. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!

30th anniversary weekend
In the beginning we had a little issue but it was resolved within 2 hours of our family arriving. The rest of our stay was outstanding! Our big group really enjoyed the stay in this property and we will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Surfside.

Friends Vacation
We loved the house and the easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. We loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings and the evenings. It was a wonderful, relaxing trip.

Spacious beach house
We rented this beach house so all of our kids and grandkids could be together. It was very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and was close to the beach. The big porch was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Spent 6 days at the house, was everything we wanted for our beach vacation. The direct access to the beach to the fully stocked kitchen of cooking utensils. There were no surprises, everything was just as the description for the property said. Both restaurants that were in walking distance were great. Would book again in a heart beat

The house is beautifully decorated and fully supplied with extra touches like the charging ports in all the rooms. The central space is very big and has many seating spaces. The balcony is also spacious and has lots of very comfortable seats. There is a great view of the beach. All the beds, couches, and chairs were wonderfully comfortable. And the owners made themselves available each time we had a problem. They were helpful and friendly. We all loved this house and hope to be able to stay in it again next summer.

Check in was easy with great communication. The view is great and access to the beach can’t get much better. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. There are two restaurants within walking distance on the beach. We will definitely be back!
