Very central and in middle of Venice next to small canal.
Nice room with small extra room. Close to supermarket. Breakfast was available if arranged beforehand. Neat bathroom.
Kitchen area not very big and easier to eat out. But could prepare something small.

Excellent location, nice to see the gondolas go by the window, good shower pressure
Host wouldn’t respond to messages (had to call each time for basic information like location and checking in). Electricity kept turning off so we had to go outside to flip the breakers 10-12x over the course of the night. Tea provided but given it’s Italy, coffee would have been great.
