Excellent location in Le Marais, with lots of good restaurant options nearby. The apartment was nice and clean, and the host communicated very well throughout our stay, lovely gesture on arrival chocolate & bottle of wine.

The location was wonderful. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and comfortable. It was great to have 4 bedrooms and bathrooms, plus a basic kitchen and nice big table. It was very hot in Paris during our stay, so the AC was helpful.
Some small things: the curtain to one of the bedrooms was too short and therefore compromised privacy. The coffee / espresso maker didn't work (we didn't report this to our host). Soap trays in the bathrooms would have been nice. A few more seats in the main room would also be helpful. Otherwise we really enjoyed this apartment.

Location was great for accessing all traditional Parisian activities. It was a very quaint and neat place to stay. I would stay here again with the exception of the amount of people it can comfortably hold.
10 people (4 were young children) was a bit too much for this property. The photos and descriptions make it out to be larger and spacious than reality. Not having a bathroom in the lower level was a little frustrating. With all of the beds being in use there was no good social space with enough seating for everyone.

The location in the heart of Le Marais is fantastic.
The apartment is quiet and within walking distantie of nice restaurants, musea and the Seine.
Four bathrooms is very abundant and made our stay perfect also for our teenage kids.
The kitchen is situated downstairs, in the basement. For us it wasn’t an issue (and it is obvious when you book this apartment if you look at the pictures) but lack of daylight might/windows can make it a bit gloomy. The bathroom in the basement bedroom doesn’t have a toilet.
