The Space: Downtown Chattanooga - 8 mins - 5.3 miles Rock city Gardens - 17 minutes - 9.1 miles Ruby Falls - 13 minutes - 7 miles Tennessee Aquarium - 10 minutes - 5.8 miles Creative Discovery Museum - 8 minutes - 5.6 miles Coolidge Park - 13 minutes - 7.1 miles. University of Chattanooga - 4.7 miles - 12 mins And so many more great Chattanooga attractions so close! The Neighborhood: The apartment is located a mile off of I24 and minutes away from Downtown. Depending on the time a day you could be downtown in 10 minutes Getting Around: The best way to get around is Uber or Lift. Other Things to Note: House Rules 1. No loud parties or overnight guests who are not with your group 2. No smoking inside the home. If discovered you have been smoking inside we will automatically charge a $200 smoking fee. Smoking includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. 3. Suitable for children (2-12 years) 4. Pets allowed (fees do apply) 5. No parties or events Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $125 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Late Check-out Fee policy 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM $100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies. Interaction with Guests: Do not live on property so please contact through booking platform.

Property is alittle outdated but it is good for the money as we wanted enjoy chattanooga not be in the room much it worked well for a place to sleep it was clean and quite. It has a queen bed and twin we put an air mattress on floor bed was comfortable.

Overall, 4/5 stars. Like an A - grade. Realize when booking here you’re going to have to kill the occasional cockroach, but they don’t bite and it’s a minor inconvenience. I would stay again and recommend. Interior is dated, but the apartment is very clean and the queen bed is new/comfortable - soft mattress. Sofa in living space could use an update as it sags a little and not the most comfortable for TV/movie viewing long time. Again, this place is fine - and for the value, you should stay here. Excellent commutation from host company.

This is an older building/older apartment, no frills but was clean and comfortable. The property manager was quick and responsive via email to any of my questions. We had no issues during our two night stay and it was very close to town. If I need to travel to Chattanooga again, I would stay in this apartment again.

Everything was nice nothing extremely great felt safe, quite lots of Mexican ,hamburger, chicken places to eat...They could put a tv in Master bedroom only one tv in livingroom maybe better couch in there not very comfortable but we had pleasant say the host is very nice

If you want premium, newish, classy place to stay this is definitely not the place for you. However, if the place needing some things done but is mostly functional than this is a value that can't be beat and a great place to stay. The roaches need to be got under control though.

There were some issuses that Management and I worked out, but you can't beat the price. Everything worked and the main bed was nice and comfy. Not sure what people expect for $25-30 a day.

Apartment was clean and it worked for our short stay in Chattanooga. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the fridge to keep drinks cold but we were satisfied with the listing of the property vs what we got. They were very communicative when I couldn’t figure out the door lock and always responded right away. We come to Chattanooga several times a year so I will keep an eye out for this property first

This isn't a 4 star hotel--but it's close to everything, clean, and has what you need for a visit to Chattanooga. Spend the money you save renting this cute apartment at great pubs and sights in town. Good value, tidy, and just right.

We arrived after midnight so we were glad that the check-in process was easy once we were able to find the apartment. The sign on the door blocked the apartment number so it wasn’t that easy to find. Once we were in we found that the sliding glass door in one of the bedrooms was left open which was unsettling since it was so late. The apartment smelled horribly of smoke the whole stay, and after telling the host all of this they didn’t acknowledge any of that but only asked for a picture of the bowl that was left out. The towels were stained, the glass stove top was smashed so not sure if it even worked, there were multiple cockroaches we found during our 3 day stay, and as I mentioned the whole apartment smelled like smoke. We ended up having to buy our own shampoo/conditioner/soap since none were provided. The floors, including the carpet, were all sticky and not cleaned properly. The shower head is about 5ft tall and broken, so if you’re taller just be prepared. Overall, it was a cheaper stay, but it was still not worth the money we spent.

We do not recommend staying here. Old & run down inside & out, very poorly maintained. To name a few things: Broken freezer door handle. Absolutely uncomfortable small sofa, if you can even call it that, in living room makes watching tv intolerable. Nothing provided to sit on to even try & enjoy the balcony, not even cheap plastic chairs. Dirty bathtub with barely any water pressure. Cheap towels & not enough provided for 2 people staying 3 days. 2 wash cloths & ONE hand towel. I’ve saved the worst for last. We were instructed to strip the bed. I was sickened to see the condition of the mattress pad, to say it was soiled & stained is putting it mildly. Absolutely disgusting. And not only were the pillows stained, they could hardly be called pillows. Extremely thin & flimsy. We have stayed in numerous VRBO’s & we have never experienced anything this awful. How anyone with a conscience could rent this place is incomprehensible. We are not people who generally complain, but others deserve to know. Their guests’ comfort obviously means nothing in this place. We would not stay here under any circumstances. The least this owner should do is refund our “cleaning” fee.

From the entrance to the complete inside including the porch was absolutely terrible. Dirty and worn with no cooking items you could actually Use! The state of the apartment complex was a question for safety. There was no way we could stay there. We reported the condition to the Steven's realty along with photos.

The property was as advertised. I had great difficulty with the portal and was unable to click on required links from my I phone 11. People were helpful when I called. On the VRBO website the fees listed did not mention 100 non refundable pet deposit. It was mentioned in the long overview however. The bed was comfortable. The area is not walkable but can drive to Chattanooga for great sidewalk and bridge walking.

The property Unit itself is nice and clean and a bargain price. The area it is in is just a little on the edge..and the building outside looks run down. Their was only one overhead light and the lights in the small bedroom was hard to find. But for the price it was clean and easily located off the interstate and near Downtown.
