Villa was very clean and as described. It was a very short walk to the beach and there was a variety of stores close by. Very close to coligny plaza. The only thing we didn't expect was the 2 flights of stairs to get up to the villa. But we did like the fact that there was no one above us. The owner was fast to respond to any questions or concerns. The only thing I would suggest is a hand rail along the stairs going up to the bedrooms. Highly recommend.

We loved this condo for our HHI stay! We only took our car once to visit Sea Pines for the day, but everything else was so easily accessible by walking! Beach access was incredible. Host was great with communication. Would definitely stay again!

This condo is amazing. Beautifully updated. Amazing spot that was close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The pool was great and never too crowded. We loved everything about this place and will definitely (hopefully) stay again next time we visit HHI.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights with family. This property is just one block away from the public beach access.The property looks recently renovated with new stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is equipped with all the utensils required for regular cooking. Owner was very prompt in responding to any questions I had during my stay.Overall it was a pleasant experience.
