Located right next to chair 7, its impeccable location leaves nothing to desire for avid skiers or mountaineers. Offering our guests an exquisite balance of affluence and comfort, It comes as no surprise that this property is one of our most requested. This two-bedroom condo is a perfect blend of modern and cozy, Its well-equipped space is excellent for a couple or a small family. Entering the condo, the first thing to catch your attention is the superb kitchen. With high-end stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a foolproof list of first-class amenities. The kitchen at Etta 102 is any cook’s dream. Offering world-class views that overlook a private pool, as well as Telluride’s colorful mountains, lies the vibrant living room. Fully equipped with a flat-screen and Apple Tv as well as an arrangement of high-end, snug, and cozy furniture making our guests free to hang loose and feel at home. Down the hall is the first guest bedroom with a plush queen-size bed and the same exquisite views towards the pool and ski lift. Characterized by the exceptional decor and first-class furniture this bedroom serves as a guest room or even a secondary suite. The bathroom across the hall comes with a large glass shower, luxury amenities, and marble countertops. The primary suite is at the end of the corridor, aesthetically gratifying, vivid, and charming. Its silky plush king-size bed comes with our most pristine and posh linens. The same chromatic mountain views that characterize the entire condo also construct this primary suite. Nice condo, very clean and comfortable. This is our 4th time staying in Telluride during the holiday. We have stayed in mountain village, house on pacific ave and condo in town. Pros of our stay…well stocked with necessities, comfy beds, TV in every room, nice furnishings, Cons…thin walls. We could hear everyone above us at all hours, walking shower, flushing toilet, etc.. far from town and gondola, although there is a town shuttle to take you to town, hot tub is old and if someone is using, your pretty much out of luck. Also exceptional stays sent us email confirming our stay and they are here to help. I emailed them to get a list of grocery delivery options and never heard back. Also wanted to see if there were options for Christmas decorations and never heard. Other places we have stayed were super accommodating and responsive to our needs. All and all nice and clean condo but not sure it is worth the amount we paid compared to other stays we have had in Telluride.

Good value for Telluride! We utilized the city free bus service, which stops in front of unit every 15 minutes.
The unit was well stocked with supplies and pictures were accurate.

The views flare exactly as posted on the listing, breathtaking! Nice location on the edge of town. Can walk to the market for morning coffee. The hot tub was out of order during our stay, however management did work with us to mmmmm for other options due to this inconvenience and it was being fixed as we were leaving. Would recommend to others

Etta Too was a great location on the public transportation route. Condo has a great view of the mountain and convenient to a chair lift. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds and linens were a dream.

102 Etta was exactly as advertised. The view out the window is NOT photoshopped. Very well-accessorized kitchen. The beds are clean and extremely comfortable. Most restaurants & shops are within walking distance. Exceptional Stays truly was exceptional...., especially Erica.

We were very pleased with the condition of the property and all of the items that were included. Nice kitchen and all the tools needed for cooking. Bedding was nice and there were plenty of blankets.

We felt very at home at Etta 102. The location is perfect - walkable to everything. The condo is very comfortable and decorated well. The kitchen was fully stocked, more than any other rental we've stayed at. The only negative is there are no fans in the living area and the fan in the main bedroom did not work so overall airflow was not great. Also, one of the living room windows would not open. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a long weekend in the summer. It’s located right as you enter into town but you are still very close to everything.
The place was clean and the rooms were nice. There is only one guaranteed parking spot so just keep that in mind if you have two cars. The second lot is 72hr parking and is right next to the main lot.
Very responsive to our questions and I would stay here again.

Family Trip to Tellride
This property was beauty from the moment we stepped in the door! It was better than the online pictures! The views were great and right up the mountain side!! Clean from top to bottom and more than we needed!! The Manager and the Management Company were great and fast in getting back to us! We will return! Thank you for making our time in Telluride the best!!

We really liked the location as it’s steps from lift #7 & the lift ticket window, and if you’re an advanced skier/boarder you can take “Stumper” right back to the back door of your condo. The condo was perfect for us (2 couples) having everything we needed for a comfortable stay - small kitchen, extra blankets/pillows, washer/dryer, etc. The hot tub is great & the free town shuttle comes right past the front door.

Thoroughly Enjoyed This Unit
The description and pictures are completely accurate. The kitchen is very well stocked so we cooked a couple of dinners in addition to doing takeout from Brown Dog Pizza and Siam as suggested by the listing agent. The walk to Lift 7 and the ski run down at the end of the day were straightforward. Another unit were using the hot tub so for covid-safety reasons we did not join them although they looked quite happy out there. Yes, we could hear other people in the building and within the unit but everyone was very considerate of each other during our time there.

Telluride condo
This apartment/condo was great. It was very clean and had all the extras that you might need at a vacation spot. The only cons were that the building itself is pretty outdated and the walls are thin. We heard lots of stomping/walking each morning from the unit above. The view is amazing but some top down shades might help block out the pool view/help with privacy. And the front door definitely needs an additional lock or at least a sturdier one.

Etta Place 102 was the only disappointment of an otherwise wonderful trip to Telluride. To begin, the place is located in an old and worn out building with paper thin walls. The condo has been renovated but you can tell it has only been dressed up once you see the rest of the facilities. Even with respectful neighbors it is difficult to sleep at night due to the noise. As such, it was not restful, especially for my wife who is not comfortable wearing ear plugs. Of note, the second bedroom only has a double bed which is too small for most adults to sleep together. The only saving grace was the sofa sleeper. Next is the pool which was cleaned regularly but the jacuzzi water was disgusting. One night, a group of construction workers that had reportedly rented a condo in the building were in the jacuzzi playing very loud music and drinking. My wife witnessed one of them take their pants off in the jacuzzi. At that point, I spoke to Peter with Exceptional stays, and he agreed to talk to them. Of note, Peter and someone who called the following day were the only bright spots of staying at Etta Place 102. It appears clear that the housing problem in Telluride is real, but what we didn’t realize is that there would be local individuals or hired construction workers staying in our building. As such, there was no “resort” feel and frankly it felt like we were just renting an apartment in a relatively run-down building. I have stayed in Whistler, Deer Valley, Sun Valley, and Jackson Hole over the past 7 years and had much better accommodations for similar costs, even factoring in recent inflation. Finally, on our second to last day, a local 7 to 9-year-old boy was trying to get into the pool by going under the gate. He asked me for the gate code and said his parents were at work. When I returned later that day, he was in the pool by himself. After he left, I took pictures of the pool, a weathered life preserver, jacuzzi, and a slushy that had been spilled on the table for days. There was no oversight of the pool throughout our stay. Overall, for the money, our stay at Etta Place 102 was atrocious.
