Located in Three Rivers, this charming house for $623 per night is a great choice for your next break. This luxurious Redwood Cabin is the perfect escape! Newly remodeled and more comfortable but the same fun place for friends and family. Located close to everything Three Rivers has to offer, with its own private beach on the desirable Main Fork of the Kaweah River. It is within walking distance to the Village Market Grocery Store, Pizza Factory and Mexican Restaurant with Coffee Shop just across the road and just 6 miles (10 minutes) from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. This home is located in a small, private neighborhood in the heart of town, with the Main Fork of the Kaweah River that runs year-round. Please note that due to severe drought this year the river is very low. This newly remodeled home welcomes you with a cabin experience like no other. The inside is spacious with a tree-lined lawn in the front yard as well as a patio and yard in the rear of the home. Vaulted knotty-pine ceilings welcome you to a beautiful living room with a fireplace and a view through our wall to wall glass doors. This vacation rental offers all the conveniences of your own home and maybe a few extras including river access. The primary suite welcomes you with its own private entrance, a king size deluxe bed, knotty-pine accents, a fireplace and ensuite bathroom with washer & dryer! Both additional bedrooms have Cal King size beds, and a Queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room. In just a few steps from your front door you can walk to the pharmacy, enjoy pizza or Mexican food from the nearby restaurants, and stroll through our grocery store. Within a five-minute drive you can stop into our local brewery, grab a brew at the coffee shop, enjoy a selection of sit-down restaurants by the river, and stroll through local shops and museums. The Three Rivers community hosts multiple festivals and large events throughout the year and easy access to Sequoia National Park! Land of the Giant Sequoia Trees and home to the General Sherman Tree. Over 850 miles of hiking trails guarantees that your desire to experience nature can be achieved! Local lands such as the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management offer mountain bike or hiking trails just minutes from the house. Lake Kaweah is minutes from the house which offers patio boat rentals! You can also go fishing, jet skiing, kayaking, or just simply swimming at the beach! Please, note: There is a construction project going on by the highway 198 that might have a potential noise and dust during the daytime. No work is performed after 4pm or on the weekends and holidays. Sorry, but it is out of our control. No refunds will be issued due to construction noise.

loved the property! everything was as advertised, clean and organized. The owner was even kid enough to bring us wood for a fire knowing that a rainstorm was coming and that we would likely be indoors. the house is situated well and we never felt crowded, plenty of room for cards and a lovely prime rib New Years meal. Glad we ended up at this place and have already told some friends about the experience!

really enjoyed our stay at the cabin, very comfortable and had everything, except a dishwasher 🤷♀️. Nice large rooms and a large outdoor area with hot tub and tv outside! We were there during a heatwave so it was very very hot and the river was very low, but we couldn't swim in the creek. We did see a bear and her 3 baby cubs swimming in the river about 300 feet from the house, which was very exciting.

After a long trip from Iowa, we arrived at such a wonderful house. At first glance, the landscaping and adorable exterior set the excitement for entering the home, and it didn't disappoint! The inside decor makes you feel at home. It's so welcoming and adorable with a bear theme and beautiful prints from around the area. The patio is outstanding and the walk to the creek is such an extra park. The amenities are countless. We enjoyed cooking out and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings with our new friend, Max, the dog.we highly recommend staying here. Communication was excellent as was everything else! Beautiful!

Very nice property. And the younger generations loved having their own private beach and river. It was too hot outside for us old folks!! Nice to have the market a few steps away, since we kept forgetting to buy something that we needed! A/C worked well.

What a fantastic location and time spent with family. The property is in very close proximity to Sequoia National and provided very good access to a wonderful market and restaurants. Owners were quite accommodating and the whole stay was worry-free. Would stay again.

We were very happy with our stay! The house was super clean, and a very convenient place to park ourselves for a week in the area. It was nice to be close to restaurants, while still being able to easily get to Slick Rock and Sequoia National Park. Just note that it's a 45 minute drive up windy roads to get to the Big Trees in SNP.
Also note, if you're looking for an isolated cabin on the river this might not be the place for you. The house is on the edge of a small apartment / neighborhood complex, and right behind the small village market. Looking out the front, you see civilization.. but out the back, you just see a nice lawn and a nice ring of shade trees. It's quiet and we had no complaints - just wanted to call it out that it wasn't exactly what I had pictured in my head (but as I said, was still totally great). The river itself is maybe a 200 ft walk down a lot... not exactly on the river, but way more convenient and private than fighting for spots on the river on a crowded weekend.
One other callout - Three Rivers was hot! Like, 105 degrees hot.. while SNP up by the big trees was maybe 85. The elevation made a huge difference... I wasn't expecting that either!

Nice spot
Clean and nice. The property is really a pretty good size and the river access is great. Hosts brought out extra chairs for us. The kids spent alot of time playing ping pong in the game room also.
It seems odd driving up with the drive accessing multiple buildings, but once you are used to it, it's actually pretty secluded but right next to a grocery store 2 minute walk away. Pretty perfect setup for a family trip.

Great getaway near Sequoia national park
The location of this place was perfect, close to everything (restaurants, grocery store, and souvenir shops). About 5 minutes from Slick Rock recreation area and 15 minutes from Sequoia national park. The check in was contactless, and we met the owner's dog when we first got there (very friendly). The place was very clean and backyard was very big, lots of space for the kids to play. There are also some games in the garage (ping pong, large jenga, and cornhole). A Foosball table in the master bedroom as well. The owner also left a discount card for the local grocery store that we used multiple times. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Invasive
The home is nice, but be prepared for abrupt and unusual appearances by the owners during your stay. There’s little to no service in the area and they will call you and leave threatening voicemails because you didn’t call them due to lack of service. If you’re okay with being spied on this is the place for you.

Get away cut short
The house was clean and well appointed. The property was large. Creek access was easy and having chairs already down there was great. We didn't get to experience much because we decided to get out of the way during the voluntary evacuations from the Sequoia Complex Fire. Communicating with the property owner under trying circumstances was easy and smooth. Getting the refund for the unused portion of our trip was quick and easy. We would stay here again in the future.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Three Rivers, everything was clean and convenient. Property is well maintained and new. Host was very accommodating and workable with a few of our special requests. We will be back!

If you want privacy and enjoy your vacation, this is not the place for you. The owners live in the property and constantly check up on you by coming over with their unleashed dog. Friendly and playful. To playful that the dog scratch one of my kids stomach with his paw. The backyard has no privacy or any kind of fence. There is other properties around, just keep searching and you will find the right property where you will have privacy and enjoy your stay. Hope this helps. It just didn’t work for me as far as Privacy.

Perfect Getaway
Had a wonderful time with the family at the cabin. Loved being able to walk to the river and the store and slow down our pace of life. We were able to cook or find something to eat in town, and had a great time. Three Rivers is an incredibly cute town!!
Cabin is brand new and all up to date. My son enjoyed the ping pong and fuss ball table. Nataliya and Greg were awesome hosts and loved spending time and talking with them. Can't wait to come back in the future!!
Just know that even though you are about 6 miles from Sequoia Park, it is still about 1.5 hours up a very winding road to see the big Sequoia trees.

Amazing cabin and location!!
Everything in this cabin is brand new and very well equipped! The hosts are incredible and the location is perfect. Tons of grass to play on, game room, swimming in the river, etc.
