Nestled just below the spine of the Niagara Escarpment, you will be treated to all that Nature has to offer-Autumn’s colours, Spring’s grandeur, Summer’s splendour and Winter’s wonderland. Welcome to one of the best daytime views in the Province, and one of the starriest evening skies in Southern Ontario !
Perched in the Pretty River Valley, this astounding home is furnished to an impeccable standard with exposed beams and a panoramic view overlooking the town of Collingwood and Georgian Bay. The open concept main floor is generous in space yet is cozy and intimate. The house sits on 40 acres of open canopy with forested hiking trail access off the south side of the property. This is the ideal retreat for families looking for a laid-back & secluded stay, yet still wanting to be close to many local amenities such as boutique shopping, Blue Mountain and restaurant's which are all a short 15-minute drive away. End the days off with a glass of wine on the porch enjoying the colorful sunset into the hills and beyond the Bay... a view in which time just simply stands still.
The first thing you will notice upon arrival is the number of windows letting in natural light and stunning views. The main floor is an open concept space consisting of the kitchen, living room and dining area. Off each end of the main floor is a private bedroom with unattached bathrooms. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with everything you will need for your stay, all you need to do is bring the food and beverages.
The basement has a large rec room with many puzzles, games, a ping-pong and foosball table. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom in the basement.
The outdoor space has a large deck, outdoor furniture and a bbq. There is a large area outback perfectly suited for a family soccer match or other activities.

This was our second stay at this property and once again it did not disappoint. The views overlooking the bay are just stunning and the fall colours were at peak to enjoy on our walks. The main floor living space is nice and cosy with the propane fire and views, and all bedrooms comfortable and quiet! Location is perfect to get to Creemore, Collingwood, Blue Mountain or Thornbury. We are looking forward to a return trip.

We had a great time at this property. The layout of the house is perfect for extended family to stay together. There were lots of toys and amenities for the kids and we loved the hiking trails on the property. Would stay there again in a second!

Magnificent property with spectacular views and a very comfortable, spacious, light filled home.
Wonderful setting for our family gathering. So peaceful and private.
Everyone loved it (ages 3 to 76)…..even the dogs thought they’d died and gone to heaven.
