The home was perfect for our family get away three beds two baths, living room and kitchen perfect. It made our stay so comfortable. It was a short walk into town across the footbridge to enjoy the town and many resturaunts. A group all in our 60's enjoyed our stay with all the comforts of home in the house. A perfect place to stay and explore the Booth Bay Harbor area. Botanical Gardens, Barretts Park, Red East along with the many resturaunts. Thank you for sharing your home.

The location was quiet and a short drive to downtown. The house had everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of places to sit. The extra touches in the house like tea, coffee, spices, soaps, and games made it feel like home. We would definitely stay here again.
The locks on the door. I was sent the wrong code to the keypad on the side of the door making it difficult to get in. Also, the bedroom across from bathroom had a musty smell which some of our quests have allergies to.

beside the floors being dirty the paint/stain was not dry in the middle bedroom and stained my wife's cloths. the carpentry work was terrible, the thresholds were not installed properly and should have been tapered. the plant in the bathroom had 100's of nats and bugs attached - it was disgusting, there were no house cleaning tools available like a sweeper, my wife wanted to clean and there was no broom or anything.
