3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2 story town house in gated community with 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, club house, exercise facility with showers. You will have an attached 2 car garage, your own washer and dryer, 2 55 inch led TV with cable TV and wi-fi internet. 1/2 mile from major freeway. Back yard is 10' x 30' with furniture and BBQ grill. Upstairs has a 5' x 10' patio with chairs and table.

This place became our looked forward to home base of our trip. It was only 20-30 minutes from the things we wanted to do. Camelback, Superstition Mountains, our favorite restaurant-Barrio Cafe and more. On our last day we found an amazing little ice cream shop just downtown Mesa and I wish we had explored closer before we had to leave. We loved the outside heated pool and the hot tub, and gym. I loved the place and enjoyed the homey touches like the water in the fridge when we arrived, extra food like condiments in the fridge, the books and games and puzzles were a treat although I only got the outline of the puzzle done before we left ☺️ Many people in the neighborhood out enjoying the community at the pool or walking their dogs and it felt like a pleasant place.
