Location was suberb right on beach and close to well stocked supermarket aswell as being very short walk to all the shops ,restaurants and the marina.Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly.Everything was kept very clean and tidy.
Could have done with a parasol or something to give shade on the balcony as it got very hot to sit out comfortably at certain times of day.Hairdryers need replacing as they are very slow .However these are minor things that could be rectified easily

Location is fantastic - right on the beach which is a fantastic beach for swimming, close to the port and surrounded by lots of bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Staff were friendly and there was a very good cleaning service every 2 days.
Lack of privacy. All the balconies look onto each other but the biggest issue is the soundproofing which is non-existent. We were fortunate that our trip was more mid-week as it was quieter but towards the weekend when occupancy may have increased, we found we had to alternate between sleeping in the bedroom or else the living room depending on our neighbours late-night conversations or their snoring! Not the fault of the occupants - just poorly insulated/sound-proofed apartments, hence the opinion that they are overpriced.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Sand Beach Apartments in Port d’Alcúdia (July). The apartment staff were very helpful and always ready to assist, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
The location is excellent: there are many restaurants nearby, swimming pools close by, and boat tours are just a short walk away. A Lidl supermarket is only one bus stop from the apartment, which was very convenient for groceries and essentials.
Bus station is just 1 minute far from the location.
Inside, the cooling system worked perfectly, keeping the apartment comfortably cool even during warm days. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering; the only thing that would make it even better is adding a toaster.
