Location - amazing. Corresponding with staff - on point. Neighborhood at nighttime - quiet. We liked that we had a fridge to store some stuff for quick breakfast and also there was a microwave in the lobby for everyone to use, which was found useful when we wanted to have a quick lunch as well.
The beds were not that comfortable, but we had a nice sleep every night anyways.
The shower in Room 4 where we stayed: it was very hard to set a warm water temperature, it was either boiling hot or too cold to shower with, so what we did (a hack) was set the water to boiling hot, then switch it to cold and there was a ~45 second -window where it was nicely warm before getting to cold.

Very central, perfect for the historic area. Room had Air-conditioning. Bed was comfortable.
Dark room, old fashioned bedding, quite noisy at night with people using the shared bathrooms.

Location was good, very clean place...only think I would say is tv in the room everything else brilliant

Location was great, very easy to come and go as we pleased
Hot water stopped working halfway through our stay, meaning a few days of cold showers
