Reasonably priced room within walking distance of Penn so it felt like a bargain.
I had no idea who was in the other bedrooms though we all had access to the common rooms. It’s kind of like a bare bones rooming house.

The place was clean and in the location relatively nearby the metro station and other means of transportation. There was a common area where the kitchen is, but we did not use it. Instructions for check-in were communicated well and everything was smooth.
the neighborhood does not feel that safe
sheets and pillows are not quality
