We had the most wonderful experience at Casa Caprile. Our little apartment was so beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The large terrace was perfect to have breakfast in the morning while enjoying the views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great Positano experience

Excellent place beautiful has a sister hotel for amenities amazing staff photos do not do it justice
It is far out from downtown positano if you struggle with walking this may be an issue it’s a good 20 minute walk to the beach and restaurants at ground level. we got a taxi back up, there are hundreds of steps be aware of this.

Staff very friendly and the room was absolutely spotless.
It was not very clear from the listing that while there is not a terrace for the Mare room, the window is high up and so you do not have any view at all or even somewhere to sit in the room. The bathroom is also not separate from the room, as the wall only goes up about 75% of the way to the ceiling which was also not obvious in the listing. Also the breakfast, while lovely, was not at all adequate for the price being charged for this room. V basic with pastures and fruit, but you have to decide the night before the time you want it for even though it's not cooked fresh and have to pay extra for items like eggs and pancakes.
