We had the most amazing stay here and honestly couldn’t fault it. The staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful with absolutely everything, from organising our Capri trip and parking to recommendations and even upgrading us for our honeymoon with a bottle of prosecco waiting for us. It was an absolute dream and if we could give it 11/10 we would, we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing location, easy to walk everywhere. Friendly helpful staff
We had a 2 bedroom unit and the AC only worked well in the back bedroom and we only had hot water in the front bathroom

Our room was spectacular, with breathtaking views over Positano. The shower overlooking the sea was unforgettable and one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel has a fantastic location, the staff were warm and welcoming, and we honestly didn’t want to leave our room
Very little to complain about. The only downside is that, like most hotels in Positano, there are quite a few stairs to access the property, but that’s part of the charm of staying here. Overall, we had an exceptional stay and would happily return.

Room too small. 150 sq feet instead of 200 as indicated in booking.com including shower.
Finally they gave me a bigger room last day.
