Staff were most friendly and assisted to our needs. Restaurant food was excellent and I would highly recommend it.

There was too much noise from the street. Cars passed by often during the night. Voices were heard from nearby bars. Sound proof windows should be installed.

The location was fantastic, the view from our room was superb. They arranged for our car to be parked at a facility across the street and were very accommodating. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and they presented us with champagne upon check in, very thoughtful. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice, they have tables on the terrace so you can take in the panorama while you sip your espresso.

There was not really anything that we did not like. the room was clean and had that amazing scent you could only find in Positano. We were on the third floor and it was nice to have the view that we did.

This hotel is in a great location, the facilities are beautiful, and it has a great restaurant with a balcony/terrace that has gorgeous Positano views. The staff were kinda and accommodating.

We were slightly disappointed with the size of our room, especially given the price we paid. We knew our room wouldn't have a view, but even with two small people the room was difficult to navigate when we were both present.

We could not have asked for a better facility.The hotel is meticulously clean,. The staff is very friendly and helpful,. The accommodations are modern and up-to-date. The food and service in the restaurant is outstanding. We had a room with a spa and I highly recommend it. Another attraction to the hotel is its location within Positano, nearly ideal.
