Staff and location were great 😊
I booked a room with no view (assuming no view of the sea) but did not expected the ventilation equipment which was blocking the window to be so disturbing 😳 and noisy. It’s better this to be announced in advance as well as reflected on the cost of the room

We just checked out after four nights at Hotel Savoia, and I can honestly say this was the best hotel stay I’ve ever had. I had dreamed of visiting Positano for years, and when we were shown our room, I actually cried on the balcony. It was that beautiful.
For us, this hotel was such a huge part of what made Positano magical. I can understand how someone arriving for a few hours might wonder whether the town lives up to the hype, but staying here and having this beautiful space to return to made it an entirely different experience.
Our room was absolutely incredible and so comfortable, but our favorite part was coming back around sunset each evening. Soaking in our private hot tub and taking an outdoor shower with the city lights of Positano and the moon glowing above us felt almost unreal. Those evenings were some of my favorite moments of our entire trip.
The staff were so kind and accommodating, breakfast each morning was lovely, and the location couldn’t have been better. Restaurants and shops were right outside, and the beach was only about a five-to-seven-minute walk away. We spent one day exploring by Vespa and another out on a boat, seeing the coastline from both land and sea, and loved having this room waiting for us afterward.
If you’re considering booking the room with the hot tub and outdoor shower, absolutely do it. For us, it was worth every penny. This hotel helped turn a destination I’d dreamed about into four nights I will never forget.
Quite expensive! But still worth it!

The property is in a great location and it is so charming with amazing views. Which is what you are paying for.
The room is nice but we were on the top floor and it was so hot. The AC was not doing that good of a job. The staff scoffed when i asked for a fan and tried to tell us that it might be our fault for not closing the windows well (which we never opened).
I understand that it gets hot but at least have fans available and dont be condescending. The lady the last night was nice. But-for the price, i expected more.
Also the shower glass doors are not sealed well and water went everywhere. I asked for towels to help clean up the water and never received it
