Stunning location with great views. The breakfast was incredible every day. The staff couldn’t do enough to help you. We loved the big terrace in our room.
It’s a long walk to it from the shore but that’s the nature of positano. Maybe the pool area could be slightly improved as it is a bit plain.

Incredible rooms and view. Super friendly staff and Luna restaurant was the best we enjoyed all week and super atmosphere. Paw enjoyed the pool every afternoon.
Steps. Steps. Steps. We learned to manage and should have taken better advantage of the transportation offered. We would stay there again but be aware of the many and steep steps.

Service was excellent and a big shout out to Gianni, always with. Smile on his face, an asset to the property. The personalisation, friendliness, and the private feel of the entire property. The location was excellent, easy to walk around, close vicinity to excellent restaurants. Access to the concierge team was made even easier with the iPhone provided during our stay. The team were always so responsive. Truly amazing property and team, and made the beginning of our honeymoon even more special
Feel it should be an adults only hotel. It’s small, boutique and a romantic style. Given these aspects, not ideal for small children to be running around or playing in the pool, disrupting the quiet ambience of the hotel and grounds

Location and Staff were excellent. Food was really good. Great complimentary breakfast in the room if you like.
Wasn’t as polished as I expected for a 5 star.
