The Penthouse of a fully renovated beach condo. Ocean side of Greensboro Street only 5 houses from the beach. This is a NYC style loft apartment on the top floor of a 10 unit condo building. With tons of natural light, abundant on space, and interior designed furnishings and décor. Every detail was thought through intricately. From the throw pillows, to TV's in every room, to the electric defog bathroom mirrors, as well as offering a washer and dryer. This beach vacation will not disappoint and will guarantee to melt away stress. We have multiple units available for short term rental in 10 East Greensboro street. Please see our other listings as well. You can book all units for a large groups and everyone can have their own private space in the same building. Access is through rear of building. Unit is is located on the top floor no elevator, there are 3 stacked parking spaces . This space does not have a deck.

The penthouse was very clean and thoughtfully decorated. The owner was fantastic to work with - incredibly responsive and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. Lots of space, very clean, easy to deal with the property manager. Walking up all the stairs wasn’t our favorite thing, but hey, we got our steps in! And it’s SO close to the beach. Walk less than a block and you hit the sand. I would absolutely stay here again!

Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was nice and updated and everything else was as advertised. The property management company was easy to work with and very responsive. Great location and within short distance to the beach, restaurants and bars.

We were very happy with this rental. Everything was clean and updated. AC worked great. Beds were comfortable and towels and beach towels were provided. It was comfortable and very close to the pier so we got in good morning fishing time. One minute to walk to the beach and we also walked to dinner. Only things to note - there is no deck, which is stated in the listing so no surprise, and the lower floors are apartments so there was a party on Saturday night and it was a little loud but they were quiet by midnight so not a big deal.

My friends and I spent two nights at the condo with our three children. The condo is well decorated and is just steps away from the beach. The owner allowed us to check-in early, which was a huge plus with children. Unfortunately, we saw/killed several cockroaches/palmetto bugs to include finding one in the stove. This certainly impacted our comfort level and caused us to be very cautious about unpacking our bags in our own homes. Overall, the location was perfect, but it was quite disappointing that we had to deal with bugs during our stay.

Beautiful, spacious loft apartment very close to the beach. Several things were not quite right - 1 king and 2 queen beds not 2 king and 1 queen, very slow dryer, both bathroom doors squeeked loudly, no welcome or departure instructions

The penthouse was perfect! The beds were very comfortable, the place was spotless, kitchen had everything we needed, Marcello communicated immediately, and toiletries were provided. The beach is a stone's throw away - shopping, restaurants, and the fishing pier are easy walks. This will be our go to place when we visit Wrightsville from here on out!

This penthouse was incredibly clean and wonderfully decorated. Everything is new and updated. The beds are very comfortable, and the bedrooms are a good size. The space worked perfectly for our family. The beach is a very short 1-2 minute walk away, as well as Johnny Mercer pier. Marcello was so easy to work with and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for seven adults and a child. Proximity to the beach was excellent/ 2 minute walk. The unit was stocked with plates, cups, glasses, cookware, utensils , paper towels and TP. Very clean and inviting . Two bathrooms were clean and roomy enough for two. The beds were very comfortable as was the living g room furniture. The only ding on this property was the lack of balcony. There was a patio with Furniture which was nice but not the same as a balcony. However, for the price this unit was very good.

This rental is perfect!!! We loved the location…right next to the pier and within walking distance to all the other popular locations like Tower 7, Workshop Coffee, ice cream, and more! The unit was just as it appeared in pictures. Impeccably clean and stylish. Highly recommend!!

We stayed a few days for a wedding and enjoyed our visit. I’m all about clean and this condo measured up. Really easy walk to the beach right by the pier. Good restaurants nearby. Only thing to be wary of is you need to be OK with some stairs.

We had a great stay at this property in Wrightsville Beach. The penthouse suite is newly renovated with updated furniture and appliances. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and roomy for a medium sized group. House is right next to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The beach is beautiful and clean. Host was communicative and available when needed. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be coming back! Thank you!

The penthouse was perfect for our group. Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated.I would definitely come back for another stay. The owner was extremely helpful with any questions and responded immediately when we asked if we could add another day to our stay. I highly recommend this property.
