Everything, space, jacuzzi in the spa suite, the guy was totally chill, no pool rules compared to last place in Avola, views amazing, coffee and condiments if you brought food in, 10 stars! Beds and pillows brilliant, 10 stars for this place !

Beautiful view, comfortable room
After checking in online I got zero information how to enter the house, at 23:30 I was left outside (my Italian friend called the owner so I could go in, otherwise I would have been left out on the street.
They didn't send the wifi password, didn't even check my message.
The cleaner lady woke me up at 9 am to ask if I am checking out soon (check out is at 10am), I have no idea why.

I really liked the position and the beautiful view. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable.
The bed only had a thin throw instead of a duvet or warm blanket, which made the room feel quite cold. Unfortunately, I didn’t realise straight away that the air-conditioning system included a heater. The breakfast station was also rather basic.

Nice views over the city, pool was nice. Nice to have secure parking.
We didn't see anyone our entire trip, we arrived and had to wait for quite a while for them to open the gate. It was only after I called that they sent details for our arrival. Had to ask for the WiFi and then was not met on departure. Seemed a little strange to not see anyone. There was also a live wire in our room coming from a plug socket hanging out of the wall. There was no one to tell about it...
