AquaVista is a low density complex located on the west end of Panama City beach within one mile of Pier Park! Great beach rental for couples, families of four, and no greater than 3 adults! Restaurant and Winn-Dixie grocery store across the street. This is a two bedroom, two bath 1200 sq. foot unit with spectacular views from the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Tastefully decorated with a coastal feel. Large balcony! Free beach chairs and umbrella during season (March 15 - October 15, 2026). Wireless Internet and desk. Work from the beach!

We will definitely stay here again! Its a very nice set up ! And we went to gulf coast jam and it was not far of a drive an traffic was not ridiculous, and the beach was not crowded at all ! And the 2 free beach chairs were nice too ,cant find that anymore .we had a great time at this condo .

AquaVista is our favorite place since 1988. 705E is an up to date condo with easy access and nice furnishings all the way around. If I could improve one thing it would be this; The facility needs a faster elevator. Other than that, pack your bags and enjoy!

This condo and the owners go above and beyond what you would expect. This is my second time to rent from them and I will be back!
