Great value, room was spacious and clean. It’s about a 6min ride to Yalikavak marina. It shares a beautiful beach with the Edition. Breakfast was always great and hours available were long.
The WiFi isn’t super reliable but if you aren’t going to be in the room all day then it doesn’t matter too much.

Absolutely outstanding breakfast.. genuinely the best I’ve had anywhere in 2026. Every ingredient felt carefully selected, fresh, and high quality and each dish was prepared with real attention to detail. Everything was beautifully presented and, most importantly, absolutely delicious. You can tell there is genuine care behind the food, not just a standard hotel breakfast routine. An exceptional experience from start to finish. 11 out of 10!

Nice location, clean beach, very nice breakfast, fantastic staff and fantastic view 😊 We went at the end of the summer season and felt like it was our own private crystal clear beach! …
Steps down to the beach from the hotel … Beach lacks a changing room, toilet and outside shower…

The sea view room and the nice sandy beach.
Good only if you stay 1 or 2 days.
Room was too small, very badly equipped (no hangers, no place to dry swim wear, no place to leave soap…).
Very poor breakfast, no choice and small portions.
Stuff are very nice and polite but their English is at low level.
During 8 night stay the room was cleaned only 2 times.
Basically no value for money, since for that price range you can easily stay at 4/5 star - real hotel.
