Great spot just inside the old town gate.

The host, Davide, was excellent. He met us outside the city gate and walked us to the hotel. He provided great recommendations each night for dinner and made several reservations for us. He was instantly responsive on WhatsApp to any request or question. There is a roof top terrace above rooms 3 and 4 which we enjoyed in the afternoon before dinner. Good AC, lots of hot water, good room darkening shades, clean and quiet. The location just inside the old town gate was ideal for both sightseeing and dining, and just a short roller bag walk.

Our room (4) was up two flights of stairs, which we knew, but guests should be aware of that. The rooms are full of artistic decor which is attractive, but which eliminates most useable shelves and storage alcoves.

Spacous & clean designroom. right in the Vecchio

Spacious & clean room right in the old town/inside the city wall. Great design details & helpful staff.

Since it is all stone outside it is impossible to leave the windows open overnight. (Airco of course!)

Wonderful stay at the Polignano Centro Storico

Perfect location, within short walking distance to all main attractions of Polignano. impeccably clean, nicely decorated and spacious with a very good paid garage, reachable by a golf car provided by the lodge in few minutes. The breakfast which is in a cafe nearby was delicious! Davide was an excellent host, gave us several tips and was always available. We certainly recommend Palazzo Maringelli!

Best location

Best location without doubt All clean and modern Windows truly cancel street noise

Check-in. City tax to be paid by cash, they had no change so we ended up paying more. Information about the airco and other elements of the stay/city would have been appreciated. It took us a hot night before realizing the airco falls out when opening the door to the terrace or have a small window unlocked. Parking with shuttle service is overpriced (20e/night) to other city options, though most safe and comfy.

A wonderfully located beautiful little spot with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was great, a good selection and in a pretty square a 2 minute stroll from the B&B with friendly staff and shade. A great place to people watch. The roof terrace was a perfect spot to watch the sunset before heading out for dinner.

I just wish we could have planned more nights at this place!

This was the highlight of our Puglia hotels - we simply loved it! From the pick up from our car to the time we had to leave, David's attention to detail was impeccable! The room was adorable with a lovely balcony overlooking the quaint street. The location is excellent - inside the old town but just close to the "newer" area! Cleanliness - SPOTLESS. Comfort - Excellent - even slippers were provided! If i could rate this place more than 10 I would!

Mmmm maybe breakfast - you need to walk to the restaurant bar! There's nothing absolutely wrong with the breakfast though... maybe just laziness kicking in 😂😂😂

Exceptional

Perfect location—in the Old Town but very near the entrance that’s beside the beach. No stairs or steps from Old Town entrance (the arch) to the hotel and it’s a short 1-minute walk only. Also, the manager/reception is great. Very communicative and helped me with anything I needed. He really went above and beyond his job to help me during my stay.

modern room and good location for a short stay

it's quiet - despite being in the old town, the double glazed windows did a great job of keeping the noise out the air-conditioning the staff - regular whatsapp messages and lots of good tips the roof terrace - nice view to watch the sun go down over the hills
