Clean, comfortable, well appointed, 1 bedroom apartment, perfect for two people.Quiet setting, close to excellent restaurants and sites to watch sunrise(s) and sunset(s) very walkable. Karin & Dan, owners, are pleasant and helpful and live on property.

Very nice location and close to great restaurants and beaches. The bed could be upgraded and the ac stopped working the last day and night. Fortunately the weather was pleasant and we opened the windows.

This is our second year here and it was perfect for our needs while moving our daughter in to URI. Sad she's going to be transferring next year, but happy to have enjoyed two great vacations in Narragansett 😢 Thanks again Karin and Dan!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this centrally-located, clean, fully-equipped apartment in South Kingston. As others noted, there's a peaceful deck for relaxing over coffee or a glass of wine. Lots of good restaurants very close by (Two Ten Oyster Bar, Tavern on Main, and Trattoria Romana were great, as well as Monahan's Clam Shack). Kitchen was just right for cooking in a couple of nights. We spent most days at Scarborough Beach (ample parking), but took the short drive to Newport one day. A fun & relaxing week at an apartment just right for the two of us!

We used very clean property close to beach as our “crash pad,” as we were at beach and out and about. Had all amenities we needed to keep our beach vacation going, having washer/dryer and dishwasher was great. Communication great. Thank you!

We loved this apartment. It was clean and comfortable with a great deck for morning coffee. Location was very convenient to restaurants, beaches, Block Island Ferry and a lot more. Owners were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. A great getaway.

Great place to staty near from the beach. Clean with all the amnenities you need. Very well located in a charming beautiful street with a lot of mature trees, private and quiet. The backyard is very relaxing, and we liked to see birds on the deck.

Super stocked, very clean apartment in close proximity to area beaches and amenities. Landlords are very hands-on and are extremely helpful with local knowledge. Great home base for excursions to numerous beaches, restaurants, and/or Newport. Enjoyed our weekend there.

Very tidy space with everything you could need. When I go back I am going to stay longer! The location is wonderful. Close to the RI State Beaches and just walking downtown and back is a real treat. Loved all the local stores and excellent people-watching. Everyone in town seemed to be having an excellent time - just as I was!!

We found the apartment very clean and lovely. It had everything we needed plus some extra treats which were much appreciated. It’s in a quiet location and a short drive to the beaches and the University of RI. . Dan and Karin are very welcoming hosts and have beautiful flowers around the deck where we relaxed. We highly recommend this rental if your staying in the area.

Though kitchen is small, well equipped for size in this comfortable apartment. Well situated for Wakefield and restaurants etc. Parking was easy and dedicated entrance is a plus. Karin and Dan were welcoming and helpful hosts.

This is has been one of the best experiences we’ve had in a rented vacation home! Karin took the time to write out great recommendations for the area and as a result we had an amazing time discovering new beaches, and locations. Dan prepped the deck for us in the back and we had beautiful breakfasts out by their flowers. We can’t recommend their home enough!! (Advice: You will need a car in this area to get the most out of your stay).

We had a lovely stay at Karin and Dan's place. Three nights was not long enough. Everything was tidy and clean. Close to nearby stores and local beaches. Newport 20- 25 min. away. Very comfortable beds. Karin and Dan responded right away to our emails and were wonderful hosts. Would definitely go back and visit S. Kingstown again.

Cute, cozy apartment in downtown Wakefield

My partner and I enjoyed a lovely two-week stay at Karin and Dan's place in downtown Wakefield while in town visiting family. The apartment was adorable, very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The place was enhanced by a number of thoughtful touches, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the back deck, and spent most of our days out there enjoying the flowers and bird watching while working remotely. We were also very grateful for the in-unit laundry! Karin and Dan were wonderful hosts, and we loved meeting their dog Lucy too :) Highly recommend their apartment to anyone looking for a nice place to stay right in town!
