We had a wonderful stay at Jessica”s property! House was remodeled very clean, with 4 bed rooms were spacious with all the needed amenities! It is a very comfortable , calm place for any group of families to enjoy a vacation! Jessica was quick in responding to any questions! Overall a good place to stay for families or any group of people!

This place was great for our family visit. The four bedrooms are well furnished with comfortable beds, closets and dressers. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a large dining room for dinners. It's located in a quiet neighborhood across from a grade school. The host was very responsive.

It’s was a very nice , and spacious house . The only thing is the shower water has to be ran for about 20 minutes to get hot . Nice area close to the strip . Quiet as well .

Jessica’s home was perfect for our Las BEYgas trip. Great location and not too far from everything. Comfy and cozy home. We didn’t have any issues.

The roomy property let us relax with our group. The parking on the street from the neighborhood gets a little busy. But overall would recommend this location

Jessica your home is so nice and comfortable, we all felt like we were at our own home. Location is great 15 min max to the strip. neighborhood is very nice. Would love to come back to Vegas and stay at this home again.

House was incredibly clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Anytime I had a question, Jessica responded almost immediately. We arrived in town early and were able to check in earlier than the stated time, which was an added bonus. Parking was a little tight at times as the neighbors had a lot of vehicles coming and going, however we made it work. It was a quick drive each day to our convention on the Strip. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Vegas.

Stayed for a wedding so wasn’t there a ton. A few minor issues but nothing too bad. For the price and proximity to the strip without being too close would stay there again. They definitely go above and beyond in some aspects.

Great location for our family vacation. We used this to visit Valley Of Fire State Park and Hoover Dam prior to heading to Zion, Bryce Canyon and North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

We arrived early and we were able to drop off luggage and groceries while they were still cleaning. Home is much larger than the view from the front yard. Big dining room for eating, games and cards. The two bathrooms were small but functional. Beds were comfy and pillows galore. Three of the bedrooms have dressers and the fourth does not have anything but a closet and small side table. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen for our needs. We utilized the washer and dryer and it served our needs but does sound like it is doing to take off any moment. The school across the street had graduation for the students moving up to the next school. It was fun to listen to the music. It's about 10-15 from the strip depending on what part you were heading. I would stay here again as I love the location and the quiet.

So much space everywhere. Clean and very functional house. Seemed like all the appliances were new. The beds were very comfortable and everything was so clean. The shelves and drawers in the kitchen and laundry area was well stocked. We didn't have to buy any supplies. This 4 bedroom house was the best priced in a good location on VRBO. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean, pretty large property. Centrally located for our purposes ( playing golf). So it worked out great. Great backyard for relaxing after a busy day.

I enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, has access to parking garage if you need it, and items for all your needs. Amenities were available such as towels and toiletries. However, my favorite part was the quiet aspect, where I was able to sleep peacefully. One good aspect as well is 10 minutes from Strip or Downtown along with access to side streets.

The place is VERY clean and spacious. We were comfortable and happy!

Everything was nice. There was just one weird note that was written by the toilet connected to the main bedroom. The note said to “through away your used toilet paper into the trash can.”

Having four bedrooms was nice as well as the outdoor patio area and a large dining room. It was a good home base for us for Day tripping around different parts of Las Vegas. We enjoyed coming back and making a meal a couple evenings after hiking.

The location was close to everything including the strip. The Vrbo directions showed a different address so had to confirm with the owner.

The property was very clean. The kitchen, which we used very little, was the nicest part of the house. The sofa in the living was almost unusable as it had no support left on it at all. It was listed as having cable, which it did, but with very strange channels. You could not get your local ABC, CBS or NBC channels. And since we were in Vegas for March Madness, we didn't get any of the channels that the basketball games were on. We were able to air stream from our Hulu account from our phones, but when our elderly parents were in the house by themselves, they had no means to get the basic local channels. So just be aware. The bedrooms were very nice and the bed themselves were just average. Nothing wrong with them. The neighborhood was ok, some of the neighboring houses weren't kept up the nicest. Easy access to the strip and shopping. Sunset Casino was an easy 10-15 drive with little traffic. I guess overall, it was worth the nightly fee, I was just very disappointed with the cable situation. Hope this review helps.

Had a wonderful stay here for our nephew's wedding. House was spotless, beds were comfortable, neighbors were friendly. They even invited us to join them one night for a BBQ. Would stay there again.

We had a group of friends staying for a climbing trip so the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great. Kitchen had anything we needed, master bedroom was large. Easy location for Red Rocks.

We absolutely loved this home and the property owner. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. The home was very clean, comfortable, and in a fairly quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again if we come into town again.
