Good location right by the ocean. The house accommodated us comfortably and it felt like we had everything we needed. The pricing was reasonable and having a pool was a nice bonus.

kitchen & laundry facilities were handy
pool ( when it was cleaned)
cleanliness was very poor
no linen (stated there was linen)
uneven floor boards
pool not cleaned
outdoor dining setting dirty
outdoor under deck dirty & muddy on concrete
