What's there not to like? This was such an incredible hostel that is run by a family (mother and daughter). Anja was the best host and owner and she and her delightful mother prepared a wonderful breakfast every morning. Anja and her son hung around the hostel and they were so nice, thoughtful, and I really enjoyed getting to know them. The beds were super comfortable, the lockers were spacious, the rooms had plenty of light and outlets, the bathrooms were very clean and updated, the main area was nice to hang out and meet other guests and socialize and also eat breakfast. Overall, one of the best hostels I can think of all thanks to Anja, her mom, and her son! Anja's mom gifted me a Croatia football jersey the day I left which was the sweetest gesture. I hope to return back to Split one day and visit them!

staff were rude and didn’t make you feel welcome, especially the older woman.
the showers were cold every day
