The sun room with mini bar is very helpful on breakfast or evening time.
Breakfast was plenty of choices. The mini bar has tea and an electric kettle. Coffee machine starts at 8 AM.
Location is in financial districts, surrounded by professional buildings, such as PWC, KPMG. Close to groceries, food court, 5asec laundry & dry clean. Safe place.
Has a modern layout. Minimalis style. A lot of drawers. AC works well. Water pressure on shower and rain shower style were excellent.
Location is close to metro Picoas station and bus stops to connect to sightseeing destinations.
Communication with staff at the first time, follow by messenger in English made our stay comfortably. Thanks for Ricardo, Marta, Paloma, and other staff who made these happened.
Nothing. Just want to mention two things: this property won’t fit for family. It is a minimalist design. The elevator fit for two people with two small luggages. The light in the aisle is using motion sensor, and sometimes taking few seconds to turn on. So, hold/ turn on your phone lights when walking in and out in the floor.
Second thing, the Bolt or Uber won’t be able to stop in front of the property. In busy hour, the driver dropped us in the intersection Thomas Riberio.

Good location, close to metro and bus stations. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
It was really difficult to find the hotel when I arrived. I spent almost 20 minutes to go all over the block to find the place. The hotel had no outer sign, except a small text over the ring button.
The staff very really nice, but could improve their English skills.
