The room was a little tight, and the bed didn't have a top sheet. The breakfast was very good but could be improved with some heating elements under the warm food (so it stays warm). The location is ideal with the subway stop right outside the front door!

Definitely loved the staff and being able to blast the AC all night, it was definitely necessary in this heat. The bed was also extremely comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice, with plenty of options to choose from.
There was a slight carelessness with the bedding's conditions, we noticed some (what I hope were) bleach stains on the pillows and blanket. The lack of a smart TV or a coffee machine (which I know we can request as an extra package) definitely felt off for the price we paid, considering these were included in previous, cheaper accomodations. The place where we had breakfast also wasn't a great experience. No natural light, as it's underground, and it was too tightly packed, which not only created some discomfort, as the other guests were almost having breakfast with us, but also made moving around quite challenging.

Room front of building 5th floor was fine. Breakfast area a little small when busy and sometimes under stocked but good selection.

Nice small reception area. Friendly staff.
Dirty carpet in bedroom. Noisy air con. Couldn’t open windows instead as all the air con units just outside and very noisy.
Room did not have conveniently placed sockets for charging phones and using straighteners. Had to move bedside cabinet completely out the way to get to socket.
TBH to far from centre. Either a very long walk 40min or 2 underground trains. Difficult to get back to late in the evening as all buses and trains stop after 11pm
