About this villa rental
Located in Sa Coma, Villa Liman impresses guests with it’s rustic yet luxurious decor and its expansive private outdoor area. With exposed wooden beams, the spacious 3-storey property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 5 bathrooms (3 are en suites). The property can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in all bedrooms and the living room), a fireplace, a television, a washing machine, a dryer, a high chair and a baby cot. Your large private outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired, offering a balcony, a lush garden, 2 furnished terraces (open and covered), a pool, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a basketball court. Here you can enjoy cosy meals with your family under the stars or end the day admiring the mountain and sea views. A table tennis, basketball court and a billiard table are also located on the property. In 6 minutes driving you will reach Bunyola where you will find a small selection of cafes and restaurants and the nearest supermarket. In 22 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Palma as well as Palma de Mallorca airport. Furthermore, you will also find a variety of beautiful beaches in Palma.
Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. This property is in a quiet residential area, young people under 30 are not allowed, to avoid problems with the neighbours. There are stairs in the house.

We are a family with 3 teenagers. This was our third visit to Mallorca and this villa was by far the best that we have stayed in yet. It is a 20 minute drive from the airport and so easy to find. Carin the owner was so helpful in the weeks running up to our holiday making everything so easy for our arrival.
The villa itself was stunning. The pictures do not do it justice at all. The views of the countryside, the sea and Palma in the distance are beautiful day and night. The pool was amazing and the facilities at the villa were second to none. We very much enjoyed the surround sound system in every room.
The village of Bunyola and Palmanyola were 5 minute drive away where we found small supermarkets and cafes. Bunyola especially was very pretty. Carin recommended Port de Sóller and Deya which were about 30 minutes drive away and both were lovely places to visit.
All in all a fantastic time and we were sorry we had to leave. We will definitely book this villa again if we have the chance in the future. Highly recommend

Great finca with a sensational outdoor area. There are several barbeque spots and even a pizza oven. In addition, Carin as host is very helpful. All in all, a great stay at Villa Limani. We definitely recommend this house. Best regards Florian
