Dawn was amazing, the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect with a shot walk to downtown and all the fun things to do. Super close to Douglas where we caught up with my wifes brother and husband! I def will stay here again!!!!

The apartment was perfect for our family with two toddlers. The location was great for walking into town and close to the playground. The apartment was beautifully updated and clean and had everything we needed (including beach toys and games). Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this unit is incredible--exactly as advertised. Enough cannot be said about how much effort Dawn puts into making sure that everything is clean and prepared for visitors. She goes the extra mile to ensure that visitors have everything they need to enjoy a wonderful stay in Saugatuck. Stay here!

It was a beautiful place and space! Every detail of the rental was in perfect order, clean and met all our needs. We enjoyed the quiet of the upper level with a deck to sit on throughout the day. We especially appreciated the nice and easy walk into town for meals, shopping and exploring. Oval Beach was our go to ($10/day pass) as well as biking and hiking trails. Kayaking was available out of Douglas, but the wind was strong the day we were planning. We chatted with Dawn upon arrival. She was gracious, available and offered suggestions for our needs, but left us to our privacy. We would recommend her place!

I enjoyed a lovely Fall weekend getaway with my spouse at the property. We found it very comfortable for the two of us, and we loved the location. Would be a very short walk to town (if the weather had cooperated). Property was very clean and comfortable. We loved it!

We are pretty seasoned travelers and both agreed this is one of the best units we have ever rented. Spotlessly clean and seasonal decor added to the feeling of home away from home. Quiet, peaceful and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed all the activity at the bird feeder in back as well. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

The loft is newly finished and well appointed. We appreciated the many towels and extra bedding, and especially the beach gear. The location is great for walking to shops, and accessible for venturing out.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lily pad suite. It was super clean, recently updated, and had everything we needed to enjoy a fantastic weekend getaway. The location was convenient for walking into town, no need to stress over finding a parking spot, and was also convenient for getting out to explore all the area has to offer. We would highly recommend the suite!

I have never rented a property with so much extra stuff. Fully stocked kitchen, games, towels, cod hole. Just the best location

Second stay. First rate. Immaculate, private, close to town. Quiet. Nature reserve, small but peaceful.

Lily Pad was a delightful apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean and the hosts were great. I can’t think of anything that was lacking. We especially loved sitting on the porch for morning coffee. We strongly recommend this spot in Saugatuck.

This was our second time staying in one of the Nature Preserve units and we are already looking forward to the next time! Impeccable grounds keeping and house arrangements for a very comfortable stay and relaxing place to stay while exploring all that the area has to offer. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and cafes plus easy access to escape the downtown and cruise across the river to Oval Beach and the root beer barrel. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking at visiting Saugatuck

We had the best time staying at the Lilly Pad apartment. Everything is super clean, beautiful and cozy. We loved the outdoor covered balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The walk to downtown was just about 5 minutes. Great location. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in Saugatuck. A true gem!
