Very nice place and super clean. Comfortable master bedroom. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom except for small shower. Terribly uncomfortable pull out sofa bed. So bad that i slept on the sofa cushions instead of the pull out bed. Also you can hear every step taken on the floor above you and voices. Not so good if it is 6 in the morning. My nieces really enjoyed sharing the king in the master bedroom, very comfortable. My stay was not comfortable, sleeping on the couch. i complained and they brought me a blow up bed. There is just no room to have the pull out or that ridiculous blow up bed considering the the cost of the stay very disappointing. This place would be fine for two.

The Chicadee Cottage where we stayed was adorable and comfortable. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. The property is located near downtown and there is parking onsite so you don't need to drive. Dawn and her husband were always available to answer our questions. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

Dawn was excellent to work with! The Chickadee is a very clean property and about a 10 minute walk to the main downtown shopping district. We especially loved the common outdoor space shared between the rentals. Yes, you can hear the footsteps in the above unit but the renters above us were up and about when we were and quiet at bedtime. We spent most of our time in town or outside anyway so it didnt bother us at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Really great location. We walked downtown to shop. The Peterson Mill is nearby, plus we walked to a fantastic dinner at the Southerner. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for the very clean and well equipped rental! It is the first floor of a two flat that is very spacious and clean. Walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. Other reviews mentioned being able to hear the people above you, it is true but we were fortunate to have a quiet couple above us. Overall a great place we will keep in mind for future visits!

This is a lovely suite and it is located in the historic district of Saugatuck. We went for Tulip Time in Holland but stayed in Saugatuck to escape the crowds. The unit is very, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Dawn was so easy to communicate with. We hope to stay there again soon!

This rental was very clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything you needed to be comfortable. Location was perfect for a short walk into town and right out the door to the bike trail. Dawn and her husband were friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend for a stay in Saugatuck and I’m sure we will be back.

5 stars for the following. Location, cleanliness, size, amenities. Loved the first night without anyone in the unit above us The second night with renters above us was hard to enjoy. It is not like they were loud but you could hear every single footstep. It was like the flooring amplified the steps. I had read similar other comments but things like that don’t usually bother me. But it was louder than expected. If you can wear ear plugs or nobody is above you, you will love this place.

Our stay was fantastic! Dawn communicated with us about every detail. There was a power outage which left the house without electricity the first 24 hours. The owners did everything possible to alliviate the inconvenience of no power by getting a generator and keeping us abreast of the situation. It all worked out. The location is perfect and the home is beautiful and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
