Great apartment in great area for a short or extended stay

Great location. First floor. Great area for shopping and getting to sites easily. Quiet at night. Trouble with the codes initially, but the helpline provided responded very quickly and there was little delay Nice linen and welcome packs provided .

Bed in green room needs updating. Lift out if order but in process of being prepared. Tell For a kitchen would be good .

Very frustrating and discouraging. It certainly put a big damper on our enjoyment of Paris. It has turned us off of rent

The location only.

1. The mattress is one room was dreadfully lumpy. Although there had been comments on it, it was never changed. We actually had to flip it ourselves to make it marginally comfortable. At the price we paid, we should never have had to do that. 2. The floors were warped and raised both in the dining room and one of the bedrooms. In the latter case, it was so bad that the lattes formed a V shape which made it awkward to walk, especially at night when going from the bed to the washroom. As well, the warping created a musty and therefore very unhealthy smell. We did let the management company know about the floor and they sent a technician (after we had been there for a few days). The technician said the floor was beyond his ability to fix and also that he had been to the apartment the week before due to a significant flood that had occurred. They did send a second technician to repair the floor but it would be a large, messy and dusty job, which is certainly not something we were prepared to endure given that we were on vacation. An obvious solution would have been to offer us alternative accommodation, as has happened to us before, but no offer was made. 3. When we used the dishwasher, there was a huge leak. Not only did water come out but also dirt which we had to clean up. We would have thought that the cleaning staff would have noticed and reported the problem. The leak from the dishwasher was obviously the source of the warped floors.

Great location, nice apartment.

Great location with shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Good size apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped. Everything worked well although didn’t use the washing m/c.

Looking a little tired in some respects. The lounge chair is past its best and needs renewing, and a panel in the kitchen area is loose. One en-suite bathroom does not have an integral toilet, but there is a separate toilet off the lounge.

In una camera da letto c’è il bagno ( ma solo specchio e lavandino ) per il water bisogna usare quello nella sala da pranzo . C’è qualche lavoretto da fare sul Parquet ma ero stato già avvisato ed è cmq funzionale come appartamento
