Easy to check-in was a last minute booking. Great location we could park and walk to explore the area. very quiet and comfortable for our one night stay.
Facilities was clean .
the bar wasn't fully operational but we were told upon check in so we were able to make do and a convenience store was close by

Bacalar was a perfect gem to explore in Mexico. And La Galuna Bacalar was awsome place to stay.

Lovely big spacious room with a huge bed and lots of places to sit. Lovely outdoor space with private pool. Staff kindly let us check in early which was a bonus after a long early bus.
The room has lots of wooden features which look lovely but have the room a bit of a damp smell.
The pool water was really low and not very clean so didn’t go in! However with the beautiful lake so close by you don’t really need a swimming pool!
