About this villa rental
The beautiful villa Grandiosa in Calpe has 7 bedrooms and capacity for 14 people. A perfect villa for its amenities, location and capacity to accommodate large families or friends.
Villa layout:
The villa is distributed over three floors connected by an internal staircase. On the first floor we find a large dining room with air conditioning, smart TV, a beautiful kitchen with dining table and fully equipped with access to the terrace and swimming pool. A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room where the house's electric water heater is located.
Going up a staircase from the house entrance we reach the second floor, where we find a bedroom with two single beds and TV, a bedroom with a double bed and TV, and a third bedroom with two single beds and TV, a bathroom with shower and a large master bedroom with King size bed (2m x 2m), with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, TV, dressing room and a terrace. This entire floor has centralised air conditioning.
On the third floor we find a terrace, a bedroom with two single beds and TV, a bathroom with shower, and a seventh bedroom with two single beds. All air conditioning on this floor is also centralised.
Outside the villa:
The plot has space to park two cars inside, a large terrace with sun loungers, a built-in barbecue and table for eating and dining outside, a sofa area for relaxing by the swimming pool on a covered terrace.
It is 1 km from the supermarket, 1 km from the restaurant, 2 km from the city of "Calpe", 2 km from the rocky beach "Baños de la Reina", 2 km from the sandy beach "Arenal-Bol", 3 km from the nature reserve "Parque natural del Peñón de Ifach" and is located in a quiet area within a residential development.

Everything
As a group of 7 woman we would have liked to have seen some long mirrors in the bedroom rather than just the ones in the bathrooms

The villa as per the pictures is amazing and had spectator views. The bedrooms where all clean and spacious with the aircon across the rooms and villa was lovely. The kitchen was well kitted out, and the two fridges was perfect, one for food and the other for beers 🙂
The outside had plenty of sunbeds, shady areas with tables and chairs. The pool was large with the jacuzzi an added bonus. The pool and jacuzzi were slighty grubby round the edges but a quick wipe and it was fine.
To have 3 local supermarkets all walking distance was great, and a huge variety of restaurants only a 20min walkaway from the villa was perfect. Keep walking another 5 mins and the beach was right there.
A perfect villa that ticks every box. We will be returning, all 14 of us.

We had a really good time! Calpe was really nice, beach and the beachwalk was really fine. Good restaurants.
We missed a little more outside furniture on balcony’s otherwise the house was perfect.
