The host was absolutely lovely — met us to let us in, and rooms were ready early so we could have lunch and explore straight away without our luggage! She messaged me ahead to say the room was ready, and replied straight away whenever we had queries — such great communication. Beautiful central area, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon — perfect! Our 5‑year‑old daughter (turning 6 in 2 weeks) loved having her own sofa bed. Self check‑in was super easy, and we appreciated the fridge with a bottle of water each — such a nice touch. Simple cooking is possible, plus so many great places to eat nearby.
During our stay 23–27 Aug in the summer heat, the wall‑mounted AC was broken — the 2 portable units couldn’t cool the apartment well, and we could have used an extra fan. We were out most of the day so it wasn’t a major issue, but it did get warm at night — we prefer to sleep without clothes so the warmth was noticeable. Also, there are 3 flights of stairs in total — if we’d known, we would have brought a backpack instead of heavy luggage!

It is so close to Trevi Fontain and all the rest sights. We walked everywhere. It is in the centar of everything in Rome. The property has all you need. They organized transport for us from the aeroport to the property as well to the port of Civitaveccia. All the best.

Great stay: the best location, right next to Trevi fountain, delicious bubble tea cafe next door and Gelatist Trevi gelateria 🥰 the apartment is so spacious, big bathroom, and a very kind and nice host communication. Easy self check-in 🙏👍👍

The location of the apartment is great, is next to the Fontana di Trevi. But not more than that.
Lot of sters to get into the apartment, it was not indicated. The air conditioning didn’t work. The beds were very uncomfortable.
