- très calme, vu l'agitation de l'avenue : l'appartement se situe dans le second bâtiment intérieur de l'immeuble, qui donne sur cours
- très bien placé, avec mon fils de 4 ans nous avons tout fait à pied (Trévi, Panthéon, place d'Espagne) ou en bus (Colisée, Bioparco / Borghese / place Popolo, Vatican, place Navona), plusieurs stations avec de nombreux bus juste en bas de l'immeuble
- accès appartement entièrement autonome et très pratique: 1 code immeuble et 1 code appartement
- literie confortable / douche petite mais agréable (je n'ai pas testé la clim/chauffage, ni les télés)
Communication très sommaire avec le gestionnaire: envoi de la procédure d'entrée 3h avant l'arrivée, et c'est tout ! J'ai transmis notre heure d'arrivée 48h avant mais non prise en compte, le check-in proposé à partir de 14h est en réalité impossible: appartement toujours en cours de nettoyage à notre arrivée à 14h30, mais nous avons pu laisser la valise.
Appartement entretenu au minimum pour être beau sur les photos mais il ne faut rien toucher :
- 1 des 2 chaises de la table à manger a 1 pied sur le point de casser, il ne faut pas peser 80kg
- ne pas tirer la porte du frigo encastré trop fort, sinon il bascule
- le cache des boutons de la chasse d'eau vous resté dans les mains
- joints de bas de porte de la douche à refixer (tombe à l'ouverture de la porte)
- flexible de la douchette à remplacer (le métal se déroule)
- pas de gel douche / shampoing mis à disposition contrairement à ce qui est listé dans l'annonce
- miroir / tablette de la salle de bain de travers
- sèche-cheveux fixé au mur HS (un second sèche-cheveux est disponible)
- beaucoup de tentatives avant de trouver le bon code WiFi, difficilement déchiffrable (différence entre le 4 et le q minuscule ? différence entre le h et le n ?) - aucune aide du gestionnaire évidement - gênant car la 4G passe à peine à l'intérieur du bâtiment
- l'espace derrière la kitchenette fait un peu débarras

Wifi şifresi onaylanmadı ve el yazısıyla yazıldığı için tam okunmuyordu, klimalar çalışmıyordu ve biraz üşüdük. wifi şifresini yeniden istedim ama ev sahibinden cevap alamadım

The apartment is very comfortable for a family stay. It's quiet though it's in a very busy street. It has a small kitchen just enough to prepare breakfast or something quick, the beds are very comfortable, there were extra towels and toiletries. It has 2 TVs. It is very well communed with a bus stop and a taxi station just down the street. There are supermarkets at a 2-minute walk. Check-in directions were very clear. All the building doors and the apartment door unlock with a password.
Although on booking.com it states that check-in is from 14:00, we were informed by the owner that the apartment will be ready from 15:00. We were there at 15:30 and the cleaning service was still there so we left our luggage and went out but getting in the apartment so late after a long day of traveling with 2 kids wasn't the best experience. The apartment clearly needs some repairs and maintenance, the top of the shower stand is broken and we were afraid it would fall off the wall, the mirror in the bathroom is crooked. The silverware in the kitchen was dirty and while you kind of expect that you'll have to wash everything before using it in a rented apartment, everything was so dirty it almost made us not want to use it.
