Tiene una excelente ubicación, estás a unos pasos de Spanish Steps, frente al departamento tienes un Carrefour que resulta muy útil para abastecerte de alimentos y/o bebidas. Está bien equipado en cuanto a cocina y también tiene lavadora.
No me gustó que el alojamiento te cobra cuando quiere, en este caso a mi me cobró un día antes de mi llegada (me tenía un poco preocupada que no tenía 100% seguro mi alojamiento por no tenerlo pagado) y al parecer a través de booking no pude realizar el pago, tuve que hacerlo con un link de pago que me envió el administrador del departamento el cual me dio desconfianza en un inicio. Todo salió bien con el pago pero no fue algo que a mí me diera certeza.
Otro tema, si vas en temporada de calor se siente muy caliente el departamento, solo cuenta con un enfriador el cual tendrás que decidir si se queda en la sala con el sofá cama o en la recámara. Hay un ventilador que sinceramente con 35 grados no sirve de nada. La recámara está muy obscura. Creo que le hace falta iluminación al departamento

La posizione eccellente, vicinissima a Piazza di Spagna e quindi in pieno Centro , visitabile a piedi .
La pulizia dell’alloggio e l’ampia doccia in bagno.
L’efficenza e la cortesia dello
staff ( nella persona di Alessandra) sempre chiara e molto presente e disponibile.
Premesso che il clima a Roma era torrido , l’aria condizionata nella zona notte è risultata molto efficiente ma meno nella zona giorno , dotata di divano letto , piuttosto calda di notte.
Inoltre il Wi-Fi funzionante il primo giorno si è poi disattivato .

Location was amazing, just a few minutes from Trevi. Communication with the host was comprehensive. The apartment had all necessary facilities. It was quite a good value for money.
It’s not the fault of the property, but it was incredibly hot and we had to move a fan from room to room to save us. The other cooling fan in the living didn’t help at all.

the location is great, the apartment was very clean and hosts were very pleasant and tried to help.
the air condition was not working (probably missing gas) in the kids room, so they couldn't sleep. wifi stopped working after one day. one bed was broken at one edge which made uncomfortable to lay on that side.
