About this apartment rental
This lavish apartment, spacious and comfortable, is located barely 5 minutes from the Trevi Fountain and no more than 10 from the epitome of Roman elegance, the Spanish Steps. The elegant mix of antique and modern contrasts beautifully with the baroque opulence of the Trevi neighbourhood, right next to the area of the Spanish Steps.
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with AC and a queen size bed. The living room, bright and airy, is also air-conditioned, ensuring comfort throughout the home. There is also a small studio with a french size sofa bed, making the apartment ideal for families or groups of friends of up to 5 people.
To enhance the comfort of everyone, three bathrooms are available: one with a shower as well as a bathtub, one with only a shower (the red one), and one with a combined bathtub and shower. This last bathroom also has a washer/dryer available for guests to use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary tools for preparing lush home-cooked meals. The lively neighbourhood surrounding the Trevi Fountain is a delight to discover. The colourful streets between the fountain and the Spanish Steps offer some of Rome's best shopping experiences, and snug wine bars nearby are perfect spots for a cosy aperitivo. The lively atmosphere permeates the entire area, though the apartment enjoys calm and quiet, since part of it faces the inner courtyard.

Great location. Several great restaurants within walking distance. The host was able to arrange airport pick up and drop off which was appreciated. I rented this apartment because it advertised a washer and a dryer. There was only a dryer. You’ll have to line dry items in the bathroom. Other than that, it was more than adequate for our trip.

The location of our stay was excellent as it was only a few blocks from the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon which made it perfect for our stay. Restaurants were along the street below. Access to the metro, grocery and pharmacy was only a few blocks and there was room and bathrooms enough for all three of us. We appreciated having laundry on site. Check-in and communication was outstanding and especially appreciated the offer for a driver to pick us up from the airport and drop us off for an extra fee. The place could use a deep clean, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great location in the heart of the tourist area, one block from Trevi fountain and many 3 bathrooms with showers. AC in bedrooms and living room. The apartments needed cleaning, sofas are old and dirty. Many electric plugs not working.Overall
